The Ark building at Veloche has 2 swimming pools at the building and offers excellent views and luxury accommodation all year around. Very conveniently located, a short 6-8 min easy walk to beautiful Karon beach and 20 min to Kata Beach. No hills, very safe area - day or night. Restaurants, bars, shops, banks, massage shops all around. Common area also includes a gym, kids club and free on-site parking if you travel with a car or scooters.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
