Simply Superb!
Nestled on a spacious block, this luxury beach house in one of the most sought after coastal lifestyle locations along the East Coast of NSW.
200 metres from the sand dunes, here you can walk to the patrolled beach, the river and river pool or down to the Mylestom store for a coffee. This gorgeous family home is beautifully appointed - modern with a cruisy designer beach theme.

Out the back is a fantastic outdoor area complete with a fire pit and seating. Separate to the home is a super cool and super versatile fully lined “barn-style” garage that boasts a Pool table and Table Tennis, designer bathroom with a bath and a fold out sofa bed. With rear lane access and a position near the end of a quiet cul de sac, there is even a small track through the sand dunes at the end of the street that takes you straight onto the beach. Surf, swim, fish, boat on pristine waterways, take a walk on the beach at sunset, it's all available from this magnificent location!

North Beach Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably:
Master bedroom: King bed, walk in robes, ensuite and ceiling fans
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed, built in robes, ceiling fan
Third Bedroom: Queen Bed, built in robes, ceiling fans
Fourth Bedroom: 2 x King Singles, built in robes, ceiling fans
Queen size fold out sofa bed in the Pool room with its own bathroom

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, Wi-Fi provided throughout for your convenience. Smart TV with Apple box, Air conditioning for your comfort. Linen and towels are provide, feel free to bring your own beach towels. Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard. 100 per pet applies and agreement to our pet policy. Guests must advise of any pets at the time of booking.

Good place to get away

Great place,plenty of room, outside needed mowing and trimming,great location nice and flat close to beach,river,coffee shop,fishing Had a banana tree fall down which hindered the entrance 3 days later still there

Gorgeous house, amazing location (2 mins walk to beach, 2 mins walk to see the gorgeous sunset over the water, 20 min drive to so many wonderful places). And the staff at McGrath Holiday Coffs Coast were always so lovely and helpful with questions. We're so grateful and hoping to make this an annual event :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mylestom is quiet. There is the beach and the river, and maybe 2 places to eat. So if you are after a quiet stay then this is for you. The one storey house with just a few steps here and there was amazing. Tastefully decorated, it has everything you could need and more. 4 great bedrooms with great beds plus a separate room that is nearly fully self contained on its own...just no kitchen in it. An enclosed back yard with fruit trees and herb garden doesn't leave any room for kicking the football, but this is a more chilled place. Maybe just enclosed with a front fence would add another space for young kids. The front door situation lock wise could be improved but certainly is only a small issue. Loved it!

The kitchen is well resourced with everything you need including quality pans, sharp knives & serving platters. Furnishings and linens are of high quality, as is everything in this home. It has been a real pleasure to stay at this lovely property. It makes for a great base to explore everything on offer in the surrounding areas. Access to the beach is easy and the general store is around the corner for coffee & eats on the verandah overlooking the river.

Fantastic house

This house in Mylestom is amazing. Its beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Its really close to the beach, has comfy couches and a big TV, a lovely backyard, a great games room, a well stocked kitchen with great quality appliances and equipment and the most comfortable beds. I highly recommend!
