Blue Bay is the perfect family beach due to it's calm waters and is popular amongst the locals for stand up paddle boarding. Toowoon Bay Beach is patrolled and is just a short walk away where you can find beach side cafes, great fishing and rock pools for the kids. North of Blue Bay towards the Entrance you will find the Entrance bath pools.

-Celias Cafe (corner Bay Rd & Toowoon Bay Rd).
-Ocean Restaurant (102 Ocean Parade) for fresh seafood and fine ocean views.
-Minutes to Long Jetty (recently referred to as the Newtown of the Central Coast) with boutique shops, stylish homewares, Savoy Bar, vintage shopping and trendy cafes
-Shelly Beach Markets are on the 3rd Saturday of every month where Boutique stallholders regularly demonstrate enormous pride in their work by producing original creations of the highest quality
THE ENTRANCE - Located just 5 minutes away where you will find
-Daily pelican feeding,
-Water sports,
-Vera’s water garden (splash pool fountain) for kids,
-Two ocean baths situated on the southern end.
-12km cycleway that travels between through the Entrance. You can hire -bicycles near both the Pelican Plaza and the Visitor Information Centre.

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note the 30-year age minimum required on all adult bookings, unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
