SECOND FLOOR

Here you will also find a second living space with luxe leather sofas that surround the big screen TV – an ideal hangout area for teens and kids giving the adults a chance to unwind downstairs.

INCLUSIVE RESORT AMENITIES
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse in order to pick up the access card.

Guest Access:
Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
Other Things to Note:
NO STREET PARKING. Please park in the driveways and designated area only.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.
