We’re so glad you asked! Traditionally, the Hamptons homes were built on sprawling estates in the American countryside in barn-style farmhouses. It wasn’t until the late 1900s, early 2000s that the wealthy elites started building their beachside holiday mansions, that are synonymous with the Hamptons style today. American summers getaways only last three months yet Australia’s glorious climate is perfect for open plan living that transitions into indoor/outdoor entertainment all year round! At the Hamptons Farm Estate, you’ll experience the unique partnership of rural Australia and high-end Hamptons. ⠀⠀

The Hamptons Farm Estate is famous in its own right, being featured on multiple Australian TV shows and having graced the cover of Home Beautiful magazine twice. Natalee and her team are honoured and overjoyed to be able to offer this property to both the Perth Wedding Industry and for short-stay accommodation.

The Hamptons Farm Estate is located 20km from the beautiful heritage township of Toodyay, only 90 minutes from the Perth Metro area.  Sitting upon our beautiful West Australian rural landscape, this Estate will transport you to the Hamptons with its soaring white ceilings, traditional design with eclectic styling.

At the Hamptons Farm Estate, every wall, corner and room is decadently styled and designed to be a delight for your senses! In the North Wing, experience the grandeur of the Great Room, the iconic Indah Island blue kitchen, decadent dining arrangements and a beautiful view to the Outdoor Entertaining Area and Pool.  Walk down through the original homestead and be greeted by the breathtaking Entrance, that leads you to the four Heritage Bedrooms, each fitted with Queen or Double beds, generous wardrobes and a shared Bathroom and separate Powder Room.

The South Wing boasts the Retreat Room overlooking the golden fields.  Adjoining, the Bridal Suite has been intricately designed with exquisite wallpaper and luxurious bedding and furniture. Offering a King bed, with a walk-in-robe and a spacious ensuite, the Bridal Suite is the epitome of luxury! Explore the Mezzanine upstairs, with dual lounging spaces that coordinate with the colours of the landscape!  Finally, the Blue Studio is self-contained with a Queen bed, a bold navy Kitchenette, Bathroom and Powder Room.  Other amenities include a luxurious Scullery behind the Kitchen and a large Laundry.

Our guests are encouraged to enjoy the 11-meter pool in our Outdoor Entertaining Area, and to savour a sunset on our Verandah.  All bed linen and towels are supplied along with some kitchen essentials, and our guests will have access to Air Conditioning, Smart TV and Wifi. There is ducted Air Conditioning to the North Wing, and split systems in the South Wing.
