THE SPACE: Located on Holloways Beach, just a 15-minute drive from Cairns city and major attractions, this beach house offers the ultimate coastal escape. The open-plan indoor/outdoor layout features a spacious lounge area that opens onto a private garden with a pool and undercover patio, ideal for lounging in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi and a selection of board games are also provided.

Main bedroom with ocean views, king bed, and ensuite
Second bedroom with queen-size bed and garden views
Third bedroom with ocean views and two single beds (convertible to a king with notice)
Fourth bedroom with a single bed and trundle bed, perfect for kids

The private outdoor area with tropical plants, seating, undercover dining, and a private swimming pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical climate. A carport for up to four cars is included for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is no fence between the beach and the house, so supervision of small children is required.
The garden and pool are maintained fortnightly, and maintenance may occasionally occur during your stay.
As we are not a hotel, we provide a starter amenities pack. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased during your stay.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events.
• No strippers.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 6am.
• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• Check-in in between 3pm and 7pm. Late check-in fee $45 applies for check-in 7pm-9:30pm.
• No glass around the pool.
• Host will take a copy of ID for all people staying in the apartment.
