Perfect for families, you’ll find yourself across the road from Moffat Beach foreshore, plus the famous surf break, amazing parks, and minutes to other local beaches, and shops. Feel free to enjoy cooking a meal outdoors on the balcony and soak up those famous sunsets, or hide yourself away for movie night inside the cosy living room.
The Space:
Characterised by bold colours, quirky artwork, and plenty of cosy nooks to put your feet up, this is the ideal hideaway for those who love all things sun, surf and sand. The apartment features three bedroom, two bathrooms and ducted air-conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort throughout the summer season. The loft is full of fun decor, with plenty of space too lounge around and enjoy incredible uninterrupted ocean views. Oh and did we mention the incredible coffee and cafe available downstairs at The Pocket!
Living/Media Room: You'll find a plush three-seater lounge, a smart TV with Netflix and air ducted conditioning.
Living & Dining: This space offers a sitting area with plenty of chairs and a large lounge, a coffee table, a spacious eight-seater dining table, a breakfast bar opening out onto the patio for you to enjoy those Moffat ocean views, along with ducted air conditioning and a fan.
Balcony: On the Patio, you can enjoy a Weber BBQ on the balcony and high table with seating for four.
Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, Elica extraction rangehood, oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee plunger.
Master bedroom: The spacious and private master bedroom is located upstairs and features a king-sized bed, an ensuite with a shower, toilet, & vanity, a huge walk-in wardrobe, a cosy reading nook, ducted air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed, a wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a TV.
Bedroom 3: The final bedroom includes two single beds, a wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2/Laundry: The combined bathroom and laundry room features a front loader washing machine and dryer, alongside a shower, vanity, and toilet for added convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have a private access to the apartment from the stairs, directly from the car park behind The Pocket cafe. The whole apartment is exclusively for use for your stay, please note the carport is shared.
The Neighborhood:
You are across the road from Moffat Beach, with local cafes, bars and coffeeshops on your doorstep, the famous Moffat Beach surf break directly across the road, and the nearby sunshine coast walkway which connects seamlessly to King's Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere.
Getting Around:
There is a nearby bus service, as well as ride share services and you can access all major attractions by vehicle. There is plenty to see within walking distance from the apartment as well.
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings, no guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please no events or smoking is permitted at any time.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
*The apartment is above The Pocket. Any live music can be enjoyed from your private patio. Music stops at 8pm and patrons come inside at 9pm, so there will be no noise in the apartment. It is such a well-built newly constructed renovation that has been done so well there is such little noise you barely notice the coffee shop downstairs. We are confident that it won't impact your stay.
