This is a second-floor unit, but it is just three steps to walk right in!

The open living room and dining room is the highlight of this property. The new modern furniture perfectly fills the space. The open concept makes it so everyone can be part of the fun of cooking a meal, enjoying a movie, or playing a game. We've included everything you need for you to enjoy on your vacation. We have it all. Between the spacious dining area and large breakfast bar there is seating for everyone! The living room features a large new smart TV. This is the perfect place to have a family movie night while enjoying the electric fireplace. The living room opens to a large, covered deck with comfortable seating. Our guests tell us that the beds in our properties are some of the most comfortable they have ever slept on, and this condo is no exception! This property has new king mattresses. Both bedroom suites have luxury bedding and an attached full bath - both with double sinks! We have included a flat screen television in each room as well so everyone can watch what they want while on vacation. The primary king bathroom also has a large, jetted tub/ shower combo. The new sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeper sofa - perfect for extra guests. There is also a pack-n-play in the condo. This unit sleeps up to six guests.

Great space, close to attractions

The condo was spacious and comfortable, with lots of kitchen equipment, towels, other amenities, and close to family attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Branson Condo

Was very very pleased with the location and very easy to get out on 76 or take back colored routes. Loved the quite time after 10:00 pm. The 1st bedroom head board was not attached to the frame so it made a noise when you turned over. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee was available. I was told there was not a crockpot but we found one in bottom cabinets which was a nice surprise!! Only thing i would say is floors looked clean but you barefeet were dirty after walking around in the condo. All in all we would definitely stay again at this condo. Thankyou.

Weekend Getaway

Our family planned a short 4 day trip to Branson & wanted a place that would house our family of 4 + grandmother & have all of the amenities of a hotel. VRBO’s are the way to go, you definitely get your bang for your buck! This rental had 2 gorgeous bedrooms w/ king beds in each one along with a pull out couch. They also provided games for some fun along with some light snacks. We wanted a place that had an indoor heated pool along with a hot tub. This had it as well as a sauna! The check in was seamless & didn’t require a stop at the office to register or get parking passes. We had the door code and pool code emailed to us and were able to walk right in. Check out was just as smooth. An email with the couple required items to do was received the day before we left & only took a few minutes to complete. Things that could make the trip top notch: - Provide pool towels so we don’t have to bring our own or use the bath towels and then wash them. - Supply salt and pepper and cooking spray - Have a few Tupperware for use. My only complaints are: the dryer didn’t work. We ran it 3 times and our clothes were still damp. That’s not the end of the world and I did not call it in, so not a ding on the owner. The people staying upstairs were loud at night. We could hear them walking and what sounds like moving furniture at 1 am. Again, not the owners fault, but the walls and floor are thin.

It was great some appliances older and not working as desired, what I reported was fixed quickly.

It was very nice, not enough hot waer to use tub but hot water tank was replaced the very next day when I made them aware. dryer was intermittantly working some times had heat and more often did not. Idid not report this however.

Nice location & Clean property.

The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds and pillows were nice. It was a very clean property. It's not far from the strip so easy to get in and out. I always have a sound machine to shut out any noises, but these condo's are not well insulated. I could hear the person upstairs open the sliding closet door, and patio door. But we weren't in the condo that much, and the person above was pretty quiet.

home away from home

great space if you want to feel at home for an extended stay. Plenty of storage, nice-sized rooms, massive kitchen. convenient location, quiet complex, lots of natural light. It is the middle level of a 30-year old building, so we could feel the frequent opening and closing of the upstairs neighbors' sliding glass door.

Nice place

The overall property is really nice. There needs to be better housekeeping but i did email and spoke to the people in charge. Its more of an apartment setting , so some noise from people upstairs. Overall our stay was enjoyable... very very comfortable beds

Foothills condo

Condo is close to lots of stuff. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was modern and new. Recliners in the living room were an added bonus! Communication was extremely good. Everything was really clean except the tubs and toilets in the bathrooms and I called and they immediately took care of it and made it right above and beyond. We like to spend our mornings sitting outside for a few hours on the deck, The condo back deck sits on the busy yellow route so it was noisy with traffic but you only hear it when your outside so that's why I gave it a 4 star.

Great location and spacious house

This was our first stay in Branson and we lucked out with this house! The farthest away attraction was Silver Dollar City and that was about 15 minutes, and everything else we did was only 5-10 minutes away. The condo was perfect, we have a family of 6 and we had plenty of room, having two king size beds and two full baths was amazing, being able to close the door after bedtime and relax in the living room was even better! The accommodations were all great, though I wouldn’t rely on the hair dryers, they both overheated frequently. We did a lot of laundry and loved having a full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. My kids loved the pool (though it was a little small and chilly) and I enjoyed the sauna, I didn’t check out the workout room but it’s nice to have one. I found sidewalks in both directions for my morning runs and saw both the Dolly Parton stampede and the aquarium. We had a great stay and will be back!

Great location, spacious condo

This was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Spacious living area, comfortable beds, great master on suite, and large balcony. The second bedroom was the perfect location so we could still enjoy ourselves after our son went to bed. The kitchen had good supply of items and it was great to not have to eat out every day. The floor was a little dirty as after I took a shower my feet were always dirty again. There were dvds but no dvd player. The pool area was nice and it was walking distance to condo, perfect for the kids. Unfortunately the hot tub was cold. It was an excellent location to all the activities we did. Would 100% stay again.

You can’t beat this location. When going to Branson, the one thing you worry about is traffic. This area provides MULTIPLE ways to get where you need to go and avoid most traffic. We have stayed in this area before, but this is by far the best unit! We typically go to Branson 1-2 times a year and we WILL be back!

A long Branson weekend

The property was just as listed. We like staying in the Foothills as our accommodations are close to the outlet mall, old town, the Landing shows and restaurants. We got to try out the new Cheddars Restaurant which we all give 5 stars. Unfortunately we were too busy with shopping and sdc to enjoy the pool and hot tub this trip. We would stay here again

Amazing location! Clean, well stocked condo

We came to see the Christmas lights in Branson and loved staying at this condo. We had stayed in this complex before and chose to visit again because of the indoor pool, hot tub and location. This condo exceeded our expectations. From snacks, to a well stocked kitchen, to Christmas decor this condo had it all! Communication was misunderstood on our end but the renter was easy to work with and resolve problems. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient location to the shops and restaurants

My sister, niece, mom, and I needed a girl’s getaway and decided last minute to go to Pumpkin fest in SDC. This home had great reviews, although small in number. One of my criteria is to read reviews for mentions of mattress comfort and this place had many mentions of the comfort and they were all true. Probably the most important item in a place to stay is how comfortable the mattress will be to sleep on. All other amenities were very nice for this home. The living room furniture is very comfortable, and all the spaces were great. I would mention with all the games available that I was surprised there was no UNO game...luckily, we travel with our own game everywhere we go.

Fantastic condo!

Great location, very clean, big & bright, very modern in decor with many amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and we appreciated the many cable tv channels. Still a great room only wished there would have been a deadbolt on the door for security reasons. Doors can easily be picked without Deadbolts. Other than that it was very clean close to Strip.

Perfect for us

This place was perfect for us. The location is just minutes from all the attractions. Great condo for a pair of couples like us and would be fine for a small family. Plenty of parking near the front door. Just three steps up to the level in front but the back deck area is one floor up so no security concerns. Large 2 BR with open kitchen, dining area and living room. Fast wi-fi, lots of cable TV channels. The pool was not crowded at all when we used it. Even had it all to ourselves a lot of the time. Highly recommend this property.
