This condo has tile floors in the main area and bathroom, and brand new tile
in the 2 bedrooms. Gulfview is great for families as it has a large shallow
pool and heated hot tub. We allow up to 8 in this 2 bedroom, 1 full bath
condo. There are approximately 6 community BBQ pits by the pool with a nice
veranda. Located on the 2nd floor, you can avoid time in elevators / waiting
though there is one. Gulfview I is the nicer of the two Gulfview complexes
with a front desk & community center for playing cards & hanging out if rain.
This condo was updated & repainted in 2021, and is clean & functional at this
affordable level. It does lack super high end finish outs as the tile
counters and such remain. With that said, it feels very homey and all is
functional 100% for your family.
Note: please read House Rules on property as it has specific access wristbands
that you put a $150 deposit down to obtain after you make the booking. Once
returned at check out you receive the deposit back. Additionally you must read
and agree to all house rules prior to booking.
This property is value priced as the bit of a run around created by the HOA at
Gulfview I pertaining to their plastic condo wristbands that they operate as a
profit center and charge if not returned. It’s not a major deal but we do want
it known up front.
