The house was perfect for us we had 6 golfers and everything was perfect location and the pool was fantastic and plenty of plates and cups would recommend this for groups of people

Beautiful house in a perfect location

Stayed here for 3 nights, sharing the house with a few other couples. The house was so beautiful inside and the pool looked great (although was a bit cold for swimming this time of year!). Location was fantastic.

Peyton's Place a delight

Loved staying at Peyton's Place. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Easily fitted us seven adults. The house is located in a great location, a short walk to the shops. Would definitely recommend it.

Peyton Place - the best place.

Great place to stay with lots of room. It has a lovely pool plus modern kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of room for kuds to run around. Conveniently located near the local shops. There's is pkenty of parking too. Thoroughly recommended.

Great stay

Brooke was beyond lovely! Our staff stayed here for work over 2 weeks and she went beyond her way to help us. The house itself is amazing, beautiful home (homey vibe), pool was warm even during the night and it was in a great location for where we we're working at Strawberry Fields. Thanks so much Brooke, you went beyond for our team and it was seen throughout the whole process.

Fantastic property! We had 2 families for which the house easily accommodated, the amenities were fantastic especially as we had 5 kids with us ranging from 8-13 more than enough in the house to keep them entertained. We made the upstairs space a kids hangout keeping all of their tech/mess contained to one area so the adults could enjoy the beautiful house downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defo book again, Brooke was a pleasure to deal with.

A great house for families and groups of friends

Our group of 4 couples stayed here for a golf weekend (3 nights). Thanks to Brooke for allowing us to stay at your property. We had everything we could ask for in the house. The pool was enjoyed by all. Many thanks for the little extras like bacon, eggs, milk and bread. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all manner of supplies. I also appreciated the contact with Brooke prior to our visit answering any of my questions. I can highly recommend this property for families and friends. Thanks for making our annual golf trip memorable.

Amazing location and great host!

This house provides a perfect family or group getaway. Plenty of space with different living areas, house was immaculate and really well presented. The pool was definitely a highlight! Brooke is an amazing host; we hadn't been to Tocumwal before, and Brooke provided local information and the best places to see with kids, places to eat and the best coffee! Would highly recommend staying here.

Cool off in the large pool when it's hot, and enjoy an indoor fire, pool table & darts in the fully decked out shed when its cooler.

Every bedroom is spacious and comfortable with each having its own split system for heating & cooling & TV.

This property gives you the opportunity to be as together or as far apart as you like, boasting two indoor dining areas, outdoor dinning/BBQ area by the pool and an 8-seater dinning table in the garage by the fire.

Relax in the large lounge room equipped with children's table & chairs, and plenty of DVD's to choose from for all.

You will find the kitchen to be more than equipped with glassware, cooking utensils, oven/stove, microwave , platters, plates etc and a large fridge to fit everything you need.
