Excellent property and location

We really couldn’t say enough about how much we loved staying at this property. It was a gorgeous home with a gorgeous view and had all the comforts of home and more to make this a wonderful stay for me, my husband, and our son. Even with rain, we were happy just spending a cozy time in the home itself. We definitely look forward to returning!

Awesome stay, prime location

This is a great property in a great location. Summerland is convenient to anything in Santa Barbara and Montecito and is super easy to get around. The Banner location slightly up the hill is great for the view it affords, but you're still easily walkable to Summerland shops and dining (Field + Fort is a must). As a runner, this location is great for exploring the area including bike paths, coastal scenic runs, and exploring nearby trails and quiet streets. As for the rental unit itself, the layout, furnishings, design are all top notch and high quality. This is a gem of a stay and we hope to come back soon!

Summerland gem

This Summerland property was clean, had a nice view of the ocean and was walking distance to town. There was a little road noise but it wasn’t too bad overall. The kitchen was well equipped and the photos were a good representation of the condo. We enjoyed our stay, exploring the quaint town and would stay again. C & J 3/2/23

There is no air conditioning and they don't list that. Upon arrival the temperature was almost 80.

Had to vacate property cause of the heat and zero circulation.

Beautiful

This property and its location are perfect for a stay in Summerland. The master bedroom, ocean views and upper patio are unbeatable. The only thing I would recommend is making beach chairs and umbrellas available to renters as this is a beach town, and at this price those amenities should be present.

Great getaway weekend

My partner and I had a lovely time here. Check-in was easy -- there's a lockbox with a key. The place looks just like the photos. Living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath downstairs. We liked the filtered water spout at the kitchen sink, and the freezer had ice cubes (important for warm days). Upstairs were two beds and baths. The shower in the master was wonderful -- there's a wall mount and a ceiling mount, and it's really spacious. Views were lovely, and the area out back is nice as well, though it's shared with the adjacent unit. Great location, close to the freeway and downtown Summerland. We had a great time, and would definitely come back.

Weekend Beach Retreat

This property was amazing! It was everything seen in the photos and more...the photos actually didn't really do it justice! It was super easy to access. It was new, fresh (smelled really new and clean) and very clean in general. The views out the front windows were beautiful...and the terraced garden in the back just lovely (my daughter and I spent a lot of time soaking it in)! It was, as said in the VRBO description, just a 10 minute walk to the beach. And on the way to the beach was a really sweet little coffee shop (called The Red Kettle) that had the best Almond milk Lattes! The beach was amazing too. It offered a two mile walk to the end and back...with beautiful cliffs and views. I would definitely stay there again!
