The two-story home is newly remodeled and comes with modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious and comfortable living space, a games room, and a pool with a spillover spa to make your stay a memorable one. This resort offers plenty of exciting activities and amenities that are perfect for relaxing with friends and loved ones. This villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. Inside, you will be greeted with a well-maintained and stylish design. The living area features a spacious sofa set and an amazing view of the pool. The living room is fully furnished with a TV, a beautiful center table and side chairs, and a sofa. Cook delicious meals in your fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, located just a few steps away. Featuring a breakfast bar with 6 comfortable chairs, and a dining room table that can seat up to 12.

Outside, you will see another amazing feature of the house. Simply unwind by the pool or enjoy swimming and relaxing in one of the 4 sun loungers available with your loved ones. Whether you want to relax or enjoy a delicious al fresco meal in the outdoor furniture with an 8 seater table prepared to complete your extraordinary holiday experience, Modern Villa has everything you need to have a unique vacation experience!

An exceptional vacation is what Modern Villa aims for you! The villa has an incredible game room featuring a basketball arcade game, air hockey, racing arcade, 4 game chairs, two gaming TVs, and much more. Pick your favorite and let the fun begin!

This villa can accommodate up to 15 guests in 7 bedrooms. The spectacular forest-themed bedrooms will be one of your kids' favorite spots! The first bedroom features two sets of double over double bunk beds. Kids can crawl through the secret entryway into the second forest-themed bedroom, featuring one double bed on the top bunk. Wake up in the morning and take a trip down the slide to start your day! These bedrooms are two separate bedrooms connected by a secret entryway. To add a little bit more fun, look for the secret gaming station with a PS4. The forest-themed room is full of surprises! The other 5 bedrooms are all very spacious, with modern furniture and composed of king beds. A perfect goodnight is what you will surely experience after a day filled with fun!

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
