SPORTS SIMULATOR ROOM: Down the hall, sports-loving guests will hit a major home run when they step into the garage that’s been transformed into a sports simulator room. In this high-tech haven, you can spend hours honing your skills or trying the moves of your favorite athlete.

POOL & PATIO: Head outside to bask in a fabulous pool oasis behind the house, enclosed within a ‘Florida glass’ screen for maximum privacy. This massive 15-by-40-foot pool has it all—relaxing chaises, spillover jacuzzi, a mini water slide for kids, and games of all kinds, including pool basketball, ping-pong, and foosball. Bonus: A spectacular summer kitchen with a built-in grill and dining area offers a chance to cook and eat al fresco. Florida BBQ, anyone?

ARCADE ROOM: Duck back inside and discover the blinking lights of your very own arcade. This super-cool hub features everyone’s favorites, from Pac-Man to air hockey and basketball!

GAME LOFT: Upstairs, the game loft offers even more family fun—and competition, if you’re up for it! Billiards fans will gravitate to the pool table, followed by darts, ring toss, or wall Scrabble.
