" Copper Cottage " is a 4 Bedroom custom-built home that accommodates 18 guests comfortably. Located in the prestigious Summit on Bluff Mountain and is just minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, major area attractions, restaurants and endless shopping.

As you enter this stunning fully furnished home on the main level, you'll find a beautiful stone fireplace with an 85-inch TV, wall of windows, barrel ceilings with hand laid wood bricks and other custom woodwork details that will take your breath away.
Enjoy the peace and tranquility and up-close views while rocking on the deck or relaxing in the hot tub. The main floor boasts a huge living space with adjacent dining area that will seat all 20 of your guests for a sit-down dinner. Just to your left is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a 12ft island, 5 burner cook top, double ovens, oversized refrigerator and a separate pantry with continuous ice maker. There is also a quaint breakfast nook with a table and 3 chairs for the early risers to just relax and enjoy their coffee while watching the sun come up. Down the hall from the living area is the main floor master family suite with king bed, fireplace, 75-inch TV, enormous master bath with his and hers tiled shower, oversized soaking tub and double sinks. Just beyond the master bath is an adjoining bedroom with log queen over queen bunk beds and 55-inch TV. There is also a half bath and laundry room off the main living area for the convenience of your guests.
To get to the 2nd level of this amazing home. Take the first set of stairs where our builder continued the barrel ceiling and hand laid wood bricks to find the wet bar and game room with a 7ft slate pool table, 55 in TV and full wall picture window to take in the view while enjoying a game of pool and drinks with friends and family. Just off the game room is the first of 2 king suites. This suite has a Jack & Jill bath you can enter from the game room or from the private entrance in the bedroom. It also features a king bed, 55-inch TV and a sliding door that leads to the 2-floor shared deck. The 2nd king suite has a king bed, 55-inch TV, private bath with tub/shower combo and sliding door leading to the shared 2nd floor deck.
Just past this bedroom you will find yet another unique feature, a spiral staircase. This fun staircase leads you to the bottom level where you will find the media room with 75-inch TV with surround sound and sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, 2 swivel rockers and deluxe arcade game system and electronic multi game pinball machine. Off the media room is the 4th bedroom with 55-inch TV, 2 sets of twin XL bunk beds and a single queen bed. There is also another bath with a huge custom tiled shower with seating.
Exiting this level through the bottom floor door you will find one of the best features of all, a huge backyard for outdoor games and playtime right at your vacation property.
