The Belle of Portarlington. Perfect for families, wedding groups, girls weekends or golf weekends. Newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the tourist town of Portarlington. Open plan kitchen, living & dining room makes up the heart of the house with a separate adults retreat/ sitting room. Large dining table to seat all guests. Portbelle offers it's guests all the modern conveniences such as fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge, coffee machine, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, all linen, basketball ring, off street parking, and much more. An outside furbaby is welcome (Please note a small additional fee applies). 10 minute walk into the township with cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, supermarket and the impressive newly refurbished Grand Hotel with beer garden. Fantastic outdoor play ground and skate park to keep the kids entertained for hours and family friendly beach for all to enjoy. 15 min walk or 5 min drive to Portarlington golf course or a short drive will get you to award winning wineries and breweries and so much more. Wonderful walking or biking tracks all along the foreshore around to St Leonard’s to explore and enjoy. Multiple boat ramps available to launch your own vessel to enjoy a day of water sports and fishing or just fish off the pier like a local.

10 min walk to town and the beach. Quiet and clean. This property was fantastic. We had 3 adults and 4 kids, all very comfortable.

Destinational wedding

We stayed at this property for almost a week, using it as a base for a destination wedding party. We loved its walking distance to the beach and shops. The house was modern and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent allowing us to access the house when having issues with the locks. Backyard was secure and perfect for our dog.Definitely recommend it and would stay again in the future.

Perfect stay for 2 families with kids

This is a great house with nothing for young children to hurt themselves with/on and there were some good toys and books so I didn't have to bring these things with me which was really convenient. Plenty of room for 2 families and the layout is excellent - adding a floorplan to the photos would be a good idea. The photos aren't really doing the property justice; everything is in excellent condition and reasonably new. There was even enough cooking equipment to keep us happy and we used the kitchen quite a lot during our stay. And we loved the town which was just a 1-2 minute drive away with lots of good food options and a brilliant beach which was perfect for the young ones. Thanks for a great holiday!

Modern, Spacious and well located

We stayed at Portbelle for a few days while visiting Family. Will definitely stay again. It was well presented modern house with secure access and close proximity to the bay beachfront. Comfy beds, soft towels and great living spaces.

Our winter stay at Portbelle

We were all very comfortable and liked the cosy warm beds and great bathroom facilities. Location was perfect for us - easy walk to town centre with stroller. Also good access to beach path.

The property was spacious, modern, well equipped, well maintained and clean. The location was great with a very short walk to beach and town. There was a beautiful bike and walking path all along the beach continuing to the next beach village. Great place to stay.

Fantastic home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at "The Belle of Portarlington" - where we could easily relax and enjoy some quality family time together. A big bonus is that it is pet friendly too :) Bedrooms, kitchen, and family rooms were all great, clean and tidy. We spent a week, but could easily spend much longer. A nice walk to the shops, pier and beach. We are already planning a return visit - thank you!

Dogs holiday

Place was great, neat, quiet and very relaxing. We were given permission to bring our two dogs along and it was a good secure place that they enjoyed too. Portarlington is pet friendly so we all felt welcomed.

This property offers its guests a modern space, with a peaceful serenity all within a stones through of what Portarlington and the Bellarine Peninsula have to offer. It has been thoughtfully set up to comfortably cater for 8 guests. It is a 5 min walk to Steely Rocks which has a boat ramp, pier, toilet facilities and small rocky beaches for exploration, swimming and watersports. Alternatively, the main beach in town is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive with easy access to cafes/restaurants, with many golf courses and wineries just a short drive away.
