**CHECK IN & OUT INFORMATION:**

\- Check-in is anytime after 4pm and checkout by 11am - No exceptions on

Check-out time due to cleaning schedules.

\- Self-check-in with Smart Lock

\- Please follow check-in and out instructions

**IMPORTANT "NO'S & DO NOT'S" THAT MUST BE AGREED TO:**

\- NO Pets (without Prior approval)

\- No smoking, parties, or events

\- Do NOT disrespect the neighbors

\- DO Not wash dishes in the bathroom sink

\- Do Not burn candles, incense or any other open flame

\- NO Smoking, vaping or use of marijuana at anytime, anywhere on the

property.

\- No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-

togethers, hangouts and the like. Gilbert has many many fun bars & restaurants

to party at. The home is not for parties, no exceptions.

\- Do not have more guests that stated in your reservations, and no unapproved

visitors.

\- No Loud Music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.



FEES: Parties of any kind will result in an automatic charge. Min $250.

Maximum $1500.

FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 charge.

FEE: Smoking of any kind will results in a charge. Min $250 Max $500.

FEES: Unapproved late house fees: Every 30 min after 11am is an additional fee

of $75. FEES: $100 per night per person for each person that is not stated in

the number of guests in your reservation. Additional deposits may be required

for large groups over 8 guests to cover additional cleaning and damage

deposits. Refunds will be available within 48 hours.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that

occur while on premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal

belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any

items left behind.



*Quiet hours after 10pm. The home is very close to downtown Gilbert, enjoy all the fun in the open bars in the evening and please be respectful of the neighbors after hours. Please keep volume down in the Hot Tub. Absolutely NO GLASS in the Hot Tub.



**IMPORTANT PET AGREEMENT**

*Pets (Dogs) Allowed with an additional $150 fee (Required - Guests must request pet approval and pay the additional pet fee ahead of time. If pets are not approved ahead of time and fee is not pre-paid, an automatic $250 fee will be charged.)



*There is a $50 additional fee per person per stay over 8 people to cover additional cleaning fees. All guests must be registered to stay.
