Es ist nicht umsonst, dass Buenos Aires wird als Paris von Südamerika bekannt. Unsere Wohnung in diesem klassischen Französisch Stil Gebäude, um 1935 gebaut ist ideal für 2 - 4 anspruchsvolle Reisende, die eine einzigartige und stilvolle Hotel suchen.

Die Wohnung ist über 70 qm (über 600 qm) und verfügen über eine Eingangshalle, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein modernes Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Business Center, viel Licht und offenes Wohnzimmer. Die Appartements sind geschmackvoll im modernen, zeitgemäßen Stil eingerichtet: italienisch gestaltet Ledersofas, König und Queen-Size-Top-Modell der Betten, TV, DVD-Player und Sound-System, Business-Center mit Internet-Anschluss und USA Telefon, voll ausgestattete Küche, Vakuum, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Wohnung wird vier Erwachsene in König und die Königin Betten schlafen. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Couch, die sich für ein Kind oder Jugendlicher ist.

Lovely apartment, well located

What a lovely stay in an amazing city! This apartment is walking distance to Ricoleta Cemetary and is in a very safe, walkable neighborhood. Two comfortable bedrooms with 1 bathroom and a kitchen… but you won’t want to cook because the neighborhood restaurants are wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again. Thanks Moi and Helen!

A Great Stay in a Even Greater City

My family and I spent 4 wonderful days in Matthew's property. The apartment is just as the pictures show, large, clean and full of old world charm an elegance. We enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s apartment. We stayed for 5 weeks total and Matthew contacted a number of times to confirm everything was going well and to give travel tip. Nice unit and very convenient

We stayed three nights and walked or used Uber to get around town. Recoleta Cemetery and the parks were quite close and wonderful places to visit. We also did the Yellow Bus (hop-on hop-off) tour which provided a nice introduction to the city (we especially liked Caminito in La Boca).

Great apartment in a wonderful classic building!

We spent four days at Matthew’s apartment and enjoyed our stay. The building is fantastic and located in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to get a pizza, then we walked to a restaurant called Don Hilario, which was very good. Check in with Helen was great-although neither of us knew what the other was saying, we both understood. Matthew was in contact with us throughout the stay, with many helpful hints.

Charming apartment, quiet neighborhood

Lovely apartment with old world charm perfect for our low-key group of three. Manager was super helpful in finding us a place to store our bags while we waited for our evening flight. And the air conditioning kept us cool enough to sleep despite the 95 degree heat wave!

Lovely apartment in great location

Apartment is in a beautiful older building, with an old elevator that worked perfectly! Pablo met us as scheduled and gave us good information about the building, as well as the surrounding area. The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and was stocked with everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Safe location, walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery and other sights.

Short Stay in a great city

Very attractive and convenient two bedroom apartment in the Recoleta area. Our flight to Bs. As. was delayed and our host Pablo was waiting for us at 01.00 h in the morning. He explained the neighborhood, where to go to find stores, restaurants, attractions.

Matthew and Pablo are the best hosts! They picked up Bjork concert tickets for us and clued us in on a few spots of interest. The spacious home is located in the middle of Rocoleta and convenient to lots of walking distance attractions.

Lovely apartment in Recoleta

This classically appointed apartment with high ceilings, wood floors, and stained glass details in a wonderfully central and secure location provided a perfect base for our explorations of Buenos Aires. The place was immaculate, had reliable wifi, and was a quiet spot in the middle of the city. Host Matthew responded promptly to our communications and shared thoughtful recommendations for things to enjoy. Helen was friendly, engaging, and helpful throughout our stay. When we return to Buenos Aires, we will definitely hope to stay in this apartment again!

Recoleta - the place to be

Location, location, location- This apartment is perfectly situated in the beautiful Recoleta - so gorgeous! The building is also beautiful, too. The room is accurately portrayed in the photos so no surprises! We loved having access to a washer/dryer, too. But the best part about this stay is that the check in was so easy - there was no waiting around on the street, they were there right away to let us in. Also, the hosts were very responsive during our stay w any questions. We would definitely come back.

Perfect in every way!

A lovely apartment and as they say :location, location, location! Very walkable area, 3 grocery stores within a block, and 4 blocks to Recoleta cemetery. Clean, roomy, fully appointed kitchen and washing machine and elevator! Matt very responsive and Pablo always available and extremely helpful. We couldn’t have been happier!
