Exklusiv bei HomeAway / VRBO gelistet. Diese 3600 Quadratmeter große Halle im Kolonialstil mit umlaufender Veranda und solarbeheiztem Pool liegt 5 Gehminuten von einem privaten Sandstrand und 20 Gehminuten vom Sag Harbor Village entfernt. Dieses außergewöhnliche Anwesen ist voll beladen und umfasst eine Gourmetküche mit Granitoberflächen, einen Wikingerherd mit Grill und einen Bosch-Geschirrspüler. Die Küche öffnet sich zu einem großen Familienzimmer mit einem 65-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher. Die Schiebetür im Familienzimmer öffnet sich zur umlaufenden Veranda, die zum Steinpatio führt. Die Terrasse ist mit einem 6-Flammen-Weber Summit-Grill aus Edelstahl und einem Terrassen-Essbereich aus braunem Jordanglas für 6 Personen ausgestattet. Der solarbeheizte Pool ist 3 1/2 Fuß tief am flachen Ende und 8 Fuß tief am tiefen Ende. Dieses Haus hat auch eine zentrale Klimaanlage, WLAN-Internetzugang, Kabel, 2. Price was right, house was very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen needs, Owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Great girls weekend!

Everything was excellent! We went out to eat but also did a pizza/movie night and the kitchen had everything we needed and the living room also was well equipped! Great stay!

Thanksgiving Family Holiday

Great location right outside of the town of Sag Harbor …beach nearby ….house was spacious enough for my grandchildren and children …. Nice large kitchen and dining area …..!…only issue was the Roku TV in liv room ….other than that ..we all had a fabulous thanksgiving holiday together ….,…..would stay again ….!…Host answered quickly to any questions we had .

Incredible House & Incredible Location

The best property I have stayed at! The house is very well kept and has everything one could ask for. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The house is a 25 minute walk into town on a sidewalk street and a 5 minute walk to the most perfect private beach. I would stay here again!

Perfect place in Sag Harbor

We absolutely loved our time here. Such a fantastic home - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The house had a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool, and great communal spaces. Having local beach access was ideal. Would recommend this property to any groups coming to Sag Harbor.

Great stay!

We had such a great stay with our family. This area of Sag Harbor is so wonderful and the beach down the road is the cutest for our little ones. The location is perfect and so short into downtown Sag but easy to get to East Hampton.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay. It was an easy check-in process, and the host was effortless to reach. There were also handy household products that helped us with our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. It comfortably fit all 12 of us.

Lovely Sag Harbor Home

The house is lovely. The pool was comfortable when we stayed in early September. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed for meal prep for 14 with ease. The nearby beach is quiet and convenient. We greatly enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Home for a Multi-generational Family Vacation

Mark was a wonderful, responsive host who answered our questions (and there were only a couple) very quickly. The house was terrific for our multi-generation family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and young adults). The location was great - a 20 minute walk on sidewalks to downtown Sag Harbor. The pool, large dining room and kitchen, and spacious, comfortable bedrooms all made our vacation just perfect. We highly recommend this house!

Wonderful new years weekend vacation

We had a wonderful experience renting this house. We had a mini family get together with 15 year old to 70 year olds. We had the best time with the open lay out, plenty of bedroom space and the close proximity to town. The house was clean, the property owners were extremely responsive to every need. Overall 10/10 experience! Would absolutely rent again :)

Summer stay in Sag

The house was great! It was very spacious as well as had the proper furniture and decor to fill the space. The outside pool was very fun to enjoy, and the private beach with a less than 5 minute walk to get to was an awesome spot for the whole family to hang out at. Communication and check in was a breeze. Main st is a heathy walk bit accessible. My kids and family had so much fun here! 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect Paradise Getaway

From pre-trip questions and requests, to the easy check out process, Mark and Charlene were great! they were so accommodating with my group and also provided us with detailed document on the property itself, restaurants nearby, and any other information. The house had more than enough space for our group of 14. The house also had a lot of charm, with a wrap around porch and beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, bright, and spacious. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway to the beautiful Sag Harbor.

Great Property, Great Location and Great Time

Loved this house. It is spacious, clean (could use a little touching up TLC is needed) and nicely decorated. It was everything we needed in terms of accommodations. Only disappointment was not being able to enjoy the pool (it was not heated, at least we were not aware of how to do so, and the sun does not cover the pool enough to warm it during the day). But, because we so enjoyed it was a small blip that we will see if we can fix our next visit.😁 We would love to go back and stay here again.

Perfect Family Memories

We decided last minute to extend our family vacation after our son's wedding. What a gift! This home provided room for everything! From playing board games, swimming, family meals together in the large D.R., large kitchen for preparing meals all within a beautiful, large, open floorplan. The location was also great! We enjoyed morning walks to Sag Harbor for coffee and breakfast. The communication with the owners was literally 5 stars. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home to begin our first family vacation with my son and his new bride. Thank you all so much!

Unclean and Filthy

It is unfortunate that we cannot attach pics. We travel extensively, this was by far our worst experience. The house was plainly speaking not properly cleaned for months. Our group of 10 had small kids and grandparents among us. Kitchen was unusable. The stove and the hood have not been cleaned for extended period of time. A thick layer of grease covered the hood and stove. When we tried boiling water in a pot, the grease started melting and dripping from the hood. Spots and grease on appliances, trashcan was dirty, tables unwiped with food stains and on and on. And the awful smell from it permeated the entire 1st floor. We had to avoid the kitchen and surrounding areas most of the times. Outside grill not cleaned for ages and unusable. Other rooms were not much better. Dust everywhere, blinds dark-brown from accumulated dust and dirt. Paint peeling off in places. Brown and yellow spots on ceilings. And possible mold as well. We had to wash sheets before going to sleep ourselves. After cleaning the washing machine that’s it. You get the picture These problems could not be easily fixed with another cleaning. We, of course, contacted the owner and they offered to send a cleaning crew next day. We rejected since the house required multiday deep clean and repairs. Request for partial refund was denied. We don’t understand how the house has so many great reviews. Perhaps, it fell into disrepair in the last year. The latest review is more than a year old.
