Overlooking 50 acres of green hills, paddocks, picture perfect dams and views stretching to the south coast, this charming property is conveniently located just a 5 minute drive to the main streets of Mittagong and Bowral and key wedding venues.

This Italian inspired property has been renovated with contemporary furnishings, large bi-fold doors, a brand new kitchen and bathroom. A large deck overlooking the stunning views will allow you to enjoy morning coffees and afternoon drinks whilst appreciating the serene beauty this part of the world has to offer.
The spacious open plan living area consist of new functional kitchen with 4 burner gas cook top, oven and dishwasher with SMEG appliances. A dining table and comfortable leather lounge and extra seating with a Samsung Smart TV. There is also a study nook with a comfortable armchair facing the views for some reading or time out. Included is complementary Wi-Fi and added to this premium holiday destination is a ducted reverse cycle AC for your comfort.
Bathroom floor heating in both the main bathroom and ensuite. Included in the main bathroom is a fully equipped laundry including Washer and Dryer and separate stainless steel basin for hand washing those delicates.
La Casetta is located within a private property along side a family home named Villa Borgia.
All linen (bed sheets and bath towels) are supplied.
Baby cot and highchair available on request.
Guest parking is available under the timber deck.

Lovely place to stay

It’s such a lovely place to stay. Easy access to the town center or the shops. Close to everything but at the same time enjoy the quietness and breathtaking view from the property. Definitely worth spending a week or so here just to chill out.

Fabulous Place to Stay

We had a wonderful long weekend here celebrating a birthday. We visited local wineries for lunch on two days which were close by and taxis were easily organised. The decor in the house is beautiful and the view and location is just gorgeous. Teresa and Josie were extremely accommodating. We loved our stay here, thank you so much.

The most amazing stay!

We stayed 2 nights for a long overdue girls pamper weekend in Bowral and Teresa's place was absolutely amazing. We were blown away by the decor, interior design, furnishing, and the view! Everything was super clean, the bedding was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was even better than the picture! Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Home with an Awesome View

A beautifully renovated place with a fantastic view from the balcony/living room. Nice and spacious bedrooms with very comfy bed and sheets. Only five minutes drive to Mittagong shops and ten minutes to Bowral. Teresa was super helpful with places to visit and local restaurants to dine. Will definitely come back.
