The Space:
The property itself comes well equipped with spacious living and dining area. a wall mounted smart tv and unlimited wifi included. Bring your own streaming services login details.
A brand new kitchen with all you could need to cook a meal. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available too if you wish to make your own coffee and enjoy the views from home.
Out the back is a small courtyard with table and chairs and a gas BBQ. Downstairs you'll also find the laundry and the second toilet.
Upstairs is a gorgeous brand new bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and vanity. Huge master bedroom with balcony and stunning views.
In the second bedroom you'll find a double bed and a single bed. There is also another single trundle bed which can be set up wherever suits you. Please let us know at time of booking if this bed is required so that bed linen can be organised for you.
This property may allow one small dog with permission. Please ask at time of booking. A pet fee of $75 will apply.
Strictly no smoking and no parties. Penalties will apply.
All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels including bath towels, bath mat, hand towels and face washers are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
If you cancel within the free cancelation period, the deposit is refunded minus the $30 merchant/ credit card processing fee which is not refundable.
