Steps to the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico this 2nd floor house is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!
As you walk out the door and sink your toes into the sand of our award winning beach your perfect Anna Maria Island vacation begins.

This Gulf Front house has sliding glass doors and large windows that perfectly frame the direct beach views from the Kitchen and Dining area, Living Room, and Private porch. You will feel the warm Gulf breeze when sitting on the porch watching the dolphins play while you drink your morning coffee or sip an evening cocktail.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need for your vacation, and there is plenty of comfortable spaces to sit for both dining and relaxing.

Absolutely PERFECT location
You can NOT beat the location of this house. Right on the beach. Pristine water, powder white sand, dolphins, manatees, and absolutely stunning sunsets. This is a perfect place for the basics: A place to sleep, eat, watch TV (if you even do that), chill out and watch the beach or people from the balcony, and shower. If you’re looking for a 5-star resort, this is not it. This was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, but close enough to restaurants and gift shops for stuff I needed. Also, there’s a FREE trolley that will take you anywhere on the island up until 10pm. Communication with the hosts was clear and concise. Would stay again.

A Beachfront Gem with Unbeatable Location and a Fantastic Host!
I had an unforgettable stay at this 2nd floor beach house on Anna Maria Island, boasting a perfect 10/10 location directly on the beach. Terry, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The beach house featured stunning beach views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and private porch. Mornings watching dolphins and evenings sipping cocktails during sunset were magical. The fully stocked kitchen and cozy spaces made for a delightful experience. A minor inconvenience was the slow-flushing, outdated toilet. However, this paled in comparison to the amazing location and overall quality of the house. Bradenton Beach offers a variety of activities within walking distance, including ice cream shops, boutiques, and restaurants. In summary, this beachfront gem offers the perfect combination of natural beauty, exceptional hosting, and an unbeatable location. Despite the toilet needing an update, this Gulf front vacation spot is highly recommended for a memorable getaway!

Beautiful location
The location is absolutely amazing and beautiful! Basically a semi-private beach with the most epic sunsets ever. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided, so that was definitely a convenience. Renting beach loungers and umbrella at Bradenton the day prior was $60, so we apreciated not having that extra expense. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and soak up the sun or take in the starry night sky. Communication with the host was great. The house? Bare bones. You've got what you need to sleep, make a simple meal, and shower. When we arrived, the toilet was leaking so badly it flooded the bathroom, but maintenance was sent as quickly as possible. But, even repaired, the toilet didn't flush properly, which kind of made things a bit uncomfortable when someone went #2. We decided to leave a night early due to this, because my mom can be a bit picky. Overall, I would stay there again with my husband. It was an affordable place, in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of things to do on the island.

GREAT location, ok property
You honestly cannot find a better setting on AMI than this property. Breathtaking ocean and sunset views just steps away from the beach with dining/bar options close by. The property was basically clean but needs a lot of TLC and updates. If you come here to primarily spend your time outdoors, you will love it here. Hopefully, some improvements will be made to make this an even better vacation getaway.

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we loved our stay! Affordable accommodation in a great location. Restaurants within walking distance and great beach for the kids to play and swim.

Don't do it.
It's not safe. The house is falling over, the whole place slopes towards the beach. It's not level. The roof is visibly collapsing, the deck rail is falling off and the property's support pillars are literally crumbling away. The house next to it is now condemned, this one will be joining it soon. It's a dump with a great view.

Perfect location !
This property could not be in a better spot. The beach was right out the door and a very short walk to the water!! Overall, the property was great but definitely could use some updating. Many of the outlets were “loose” and it could use a coat of paint. Bed was very comfortable ! Enjoyed my stay.

Needs a serious facelift but prime location
The place looks like a college apartment. But the location makes up for the majority of the outdated decor and lack of upkeep of the property. As long as you aren't looking for any sort of creature comforts, this place works. They go a bit overboard with the instructions on the place, but I assume that's to save their own behind. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. There was definitely hair and sand in the sheets but everything else looked pretty clean. Worn out and outdated for sure, but decently clean. A new patio table would go a long way, one that sits high enough above the balcony to actually view the beach. The current one sits low and gets blocked by the railing. More mirrors would also be useful since the apartment sleeps 4. Only having one in the bathroom causes problems. We basically had the entire beach in front of us to ourselves thanks to the hotel next door having a "no public access" sign. And the short walk back and forth to the beach means there was no need to carry a ton of stuff down in the first place. We enjoyed a short walk down to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches every morning. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

This home was not on my planned vacation to Florida. I literally picked it the night before staying. So glad I did. It was right on the beach. Plenty of dining within walking distance. It was on the 2nd level of the home with outstanding views of the ocean and beach all day! Home was very clean and well maintained. It is definitely on my list to stay again when passing thru.

Great little place on beach
We had a wonderful time. Yes, the place is a little dated (the futon makes a terrible couch but a very comfortable bed - we just kept it down the few days we stayed here) but it makes up for being right on the beach. The balcony was the perfect size for our little family to enjoy all the sunsets!! Lots of restaurants in walkable distance. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful view , and location home has lots of potential.
The second floor apartment was great size, with kitchen and everything you need for a great vacation! The view is spectacular, the balcony although very old and scary (looks like it’s about to fall off) was very big and has potential to be a great space. Now for the bad parts, I am not a complainer or picky but I was disappointed at the interior as it wasn’t as cleaned as we hoped for. The sheets were stained in several spots, the home was very dark because aLot of light bulbs are missing in the light fixtures. The bathtub is having some sort of leaking onto the floor of the bathroom and it’s scary to take more than 5 minute showers as in one point it will fall to the first floor. Again I am not picky or a complainer but the home seems run down. Used, beaten up furniture, no piece of furniture is dent or scratch free, the blinds Are the original that came with the home in 1977 . The bbq area is filled with garbage , cans of beer, old floaters, etc. property manager really needs to tidy this place up. If it wasn’t for the view, and on Anna Maria island I would think it was a crack house of some sort. I did have a great time because I was there for the beach and view but if it wasn’t for the beautiful beach days, it would have been a bummer. We were disgusted to even sit on the futon , looks so nasty, like came from the garbage.

Dated but great location, good communication with Manager
Excellent location right on the beach! The property is a little dated, with some repairs needed, but overall the price reflects this, it is priced appropriately. Nice porch facing the Gulf. We did have one issue: there was water between the tub & tub liner, which made showering an adventure, unstable standing in there. I did inform Manager, and they said thanks for letting me know. This is not an issue that develops on its own, rather must have happened last time someone showered in there. So, if checking in soon to this property, I'd advise reaching out to Manager to make sure this is fixed first.
