DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!
What you see is NOT what you get. This listing describes a high rise with a street view if the balcony. Your unit really faces the back of a building and TRASH CANS. There are no elevators. There is nowhere to pull over & quickly unload your items. Once you get there they tell you that although there’s a full kitchen DO NOT fry anything but they don’t send that message until the day of. Management tells you someone will get back Roy you but they never get back to you. Worst experience in a VRBO ever DO NOT waste your time or money unless you want to look and smell trash your entire trip.

A Fun Stay
Very nice room. A quiant outside deck with a nice view. Great space for a couple. Lovely shower. Thr only complaint isThere was a drinking glass of cigarette butts on the deck. Which would account for there only being one drinking glass & one champagne glass in the cabinet. None of your pots or pans have covers. But overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful trip
The property is just like the pictures. Great location, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Piedmont park is right down the street. I don’t recommend renting a car because parking is limited in the area. Overall I would give this property a 10.

Sleek but a hassle
I truly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful property. They’re very accommodating, and very sweet and understanding when it came to helping. The only negatives would be the parking situation, no elevator, and a super long list of rules. Pretty much if you want to have any fun or have any friends over, I would of suggest booking here. Parking was VERY limited on the street and the parking deck wasn’t reasonably priced, if you park on the street beware that this property sits on a slanted hill and is a treacherous walk with luggage and bags. Not to mention that this property only has steps (2-3 flights before you reach the room) and no elevator access anywhere. All around I enjoyed my short stay.

Beautiful property. No pots and pans to cook. I had planned to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday and received notice of no gatherings or parties. Plans ruined after a 12 hour drive. Could have rented a nice hotel with a conference room for this amount. Didn’t receive the email until a couple hours before check in. Had to pay for parking each time I left the property. Will not be booking again

Too much hassle
The apartment was fine and as advertised, but the management company was unnecessarily bureaucratic and unpleasant to deal with. They refused to communicate through the app, demanded a copy of my credit card after booking, and send endless messages to my phone about extra charges. Would not stay again

Perfect but sparse
This property was perfect for our stay to visit family! It was clean and the team communicated well utilizing text as well as email and phone. The access was complicated with access to the building and then an app for the door… we had one instance where we had to reload the app. The other frustrating item was the property was sparely provisioned… only one one fork, one wine glass, no paper towels,…. The other difficulty was the parking… almost zero on street so should plan for that. We enjoyed our stay and would book again

An ok stay….
I didn’t get the unit that is in the listing a comparable space but diff color scheme wasn’t of my liking… the toilet kept running was extremely loud and disturbing no one came to check it out the unfortunate part of these vacation rentals is you get what you get… def a doozy. Parking was horrible & stressful if you have a car a def no! but space was spacious. I wouldn’t stay again:-(

Complex checkin, but worth it!
This was my second time using Vrbo. The first time was fairly seamless paid through the app checked in and checked out. Guests should be aware that there are additional steps required after booking on the app. Including a deposit, which is refundable, and options for early check-in/late check out for an additional fee. All in all, this property was nicer than the first day, and more well-kept. Although the extra steps for check-in caught me off guard, the experience ended up being worth the trouble. Just be aware when booking that there are extra requirements after leaving the app

Very cute place but if my husband wasn’t with me I would not have been comfortable because the balcony door doesn’t lock. It also opens outward so you can’t even wedge a chair against it. It is up high but still easily accessible from the neighbors balcony. Otherwise it’s a nice place
