The Space:
The front door opens to a large open-concept living and dining area with two futons that can fold out to sleep a small adult or child, a Roku TV, armchairs, and a six-seater dining room table. Off the living room is fully equipped eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. The dining room has a sliding door that opens to the patio area and back yard with fire pit, grill, and full privacy fence.
The first bedroom has two queen beds, with three large night stands with drawers to give plenty of clothing or personal storage for guests, along with a closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with two nightstands and a closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, kids books, and games.
The master bedroom features a king bed, handmade nightstands, a workspace with desk and chair, and an ensuite full bathroom. The second full bathroom includes a washer and dryer for guest use.
The fully fenced yard with firepit is the perfect place to relax with friends and family while the kids and pets play (pet friendly with fee).

The Neighborhood:
This is located in the Moon River District just minutes from Baker's Corner. There are a variety of things to do and see right around the home, with several delicious restaurants less than a mile from the house. We are located about 15 minutes south of downtown Savannah, minutes north of the Wormsloe State historic site.
Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so driving is recommended. Some restaurants are within walking distance (about .8 miles), and Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
