The Space:
In the heart of Playa del Carmen and just steps from the beach and Caribbean Sea! A block from the famous 5th Avenue too which is lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shopping, souvenir shops, great entertainment and people watching! Plus at the Magia complex you’ll find luxury amenities like a resort-style pool, sun beds and lounge areas, wet bar and a gym. Plus 24/7 security and free covered parking in the event you’re arriving by car. However, just know, everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance of the Magia condo complex!
The apartment features the following:
- A very spacious and well designed open-plan living space --which incorporates a large studio space w/king bed!-- on the main floor; ideal for sharing time together with your crew
- A fully-equipped and modern kitchen with all modern appliances and everything you’d need for preparing meals at home plus a fantastic kitchen table for 8
- Another dining area off of the living room, in front of the doors to the private terrace which features another large and comfy dining table that comfortably seats 6 with an ocean view!
- The living room area has two sofas to relax & enjoy a movie night or downtime before your next activity. There’s direct access through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to a large private terrace. Open the doors all the way for an extension of living space and a gorgeous indoor/outdoor flow of air & to soak in the view!
- 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms, 1 being the open main floor living area/studio w/king-sized bed and 3 other bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 9 guests in style & comfort!
- A shaded private balcony w/ table and chairs and a hammock for chillin out, reading or napping.
- An incredible private ocean view terrace, sofa seating under a shaded pergola, sun lounge areas, and stunning Caribbean Sea views making your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail simply divine!

The Magia condo complex is a vacationer’s heaven! Even a longer-term stay is perfect, because you won’t need a car at all. You can walk anywhere. It’s only a block to 5th Avenue and a block the other way to the beach and the Caribbean Sea! Just about everything you could need is just a short walk away. There’s even a Super Walmart in walking distance!

The condo in Magia is located in a coveted area of Playa del Carmen just a block from the sea with everything you need in walking distance!
- 1 block from the famous 5th Ave. where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutique & souvenir shops, nightlife, & plenty of people-watching!
- Vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alégria, & the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains, and restaurants
- Super Walmart & Soriana supermarkets plus convenience stores like 7-11 & OXXO in walking distance
- Nearby beach clubs.
Getting Around:
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally-located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.
The condo is about 55.5 km/34.5 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

- This building is not suitable for individuals with disabilities. It does not have ramps or easy access for wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility aids.
- Please note that you’ll need to climb a small staircase (5 steps) to get from the pool area to the elevator.
- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like bottled drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know! We also provide quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels*and kitchen equipment to give you the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! (***Please use the WHITE towels provided for the pool and the STRIPED towels for the beach. The STRIPED towels are not allowed in the pool area. Thank you in advance!***)
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
