Eine tolle Flucht für Sie, Familie und Freunde! Schöne 3-Zimmer-Blockhaus auf 35 + Hektar mit weiten Blick auf die Berge von Rundum-Decks. Etwa 20 Minuten vom Royal George, Rafting und viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Ein abgelegener Ort zum Entspannen und genießen Sie die schönen Rocky Mountains. Wifi, guter Zellenservice.

Drei Schlafzimmer auf zwei Ebenen. Erdgeschoss verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Bad. Obere Etage verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (zwei Doppelbetten und Doppelbett), ein Loft mit einem Queen-Futon (sehr komfortabel) und ein Vollbad. Wrap-around-Deck ist ein großartiger Ort zum Essen, rumhängen und beobachten Sie die schönen Sonnenaufgänge über Pikes Peak. TV und DVD-Player sind auf der Hauptebene mit Zugang zu Netflix / AmazonPrime / etc und DVDs für die ganze Familie.

Die Küche ist komplett für Ihren Genuss eingerichtet: Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen / Herd, Geschirrspüler, Handmixer, etc. Wohnzimmer mit Kamin ist mit Ledersofas und TV / DVD ausgestattet. Spiele / Puzzles / Bücher sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit einem Holzofen (Holz zur Verfügung gestellt) und zusätzliche Wärme durch Zentralheizung beheizt.

Ein Gasgrill ist zum Grillen vorhanden und die Garage ist ein großartiger Ort, um das Auto zu halten.

Great luxurious retreat

After breaking down with our motorhome we had to come up with a short notice alternative plan. How lucky we were to have found Scott’s cabin via VRBO. What started with a desaster turned in to a wonderful vacation for the whole family. Scott was so nice and allowed us to use the canin the very same day we booked. Great location, very nice host. We would repeat in a heartbeat.

Solitude in the mountains

We enjoyed our coffee each morning in the mountains with only the birds singing and listening to the pines as the morning breeze passed through. No highway noise, no barking dogs, no neighbors....just nature. A great opportunity to unwind and relax. The location also provided an opportunity to be with a couple hours drive from Colorado Springs, Canon City, Breckinridge, Fairplay and Buena Vista.

Peaceful secluded cabin with amazing views

We loved our stay at this cabin! So quiet and peaceful outside, with amazing mountain views, including being able to see Pikes Peak from the property. The sunrises here are especially incredible! We saw a variety of wildlife, such as deer, hummingbirds, chipmunks, rabbits, Steller's Jay, magpies, and others! You have to get up early if you really want to see them! There is also an abundant variety of plant life outside, such as: cacti, the trees, and a variety of beautiful wildflowers on the property. We loved exploring the property with our kids! Inside, the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating at the table and in the living room area for our family of five. The location is somewhat remote, so if you own to see more places in Colorado, like Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs, Royal Gorge, etc., there is a decent amount of driving involved. However, being able to go back to the cabin and unwind in peace without the hustle and bustle of city life was completely worth the extra driving - plus you have incredible views on the drive! We would highly recommend this cabin to others, and hope to stay here again in the future!

This home was amazing. Had all that you could need. So spacious inside and the views were fantastic.

Our host Scott was very responsive to all our inquiries before our trip and that made it so much more easy to plan for anything we might have needed. However, the house had plenty and we didn't have to bring anything but ourselves and enjoyed the whole time there. Was amazing.

Peaceful place away from it all!

The property was just as described in the rental listing. Well stocked and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. They owners were great with communication and information about the rental. This is the perfect quiet spot if you need a place to unwind, and enjoy nature. We went into Guffey to eat breakfast at the bakery a few times and enjoyed the company there. Canon City is a short drive away for all you would need. We visited several places in the area (day trips) but enjoyed all our evenings/nights at the house, grilling, star gazing, and warming up with a fire in the fire place. When we are in the area again, we will most definitely stay here!!

Great get away

Wonderful, nicely stocked cabin. We really enjoyed our time here. Day trips to Breckenridge and Salida were both enjoyable. The cabin is remote which was exactly what we were expecting but it was also pretty easy to get to. Several deer / elk sightings. Many pleasant walks around the property. Summer likely has many more nearby activities. We'd love to come back. Thanks!

Mountain Getaway

This is truly a secluded and amazingly quiet getaway. We had a wonderful time here as a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Best getaway vacation ever. The cabin was immaculately clean, and the cabin is fully stocked with kitchen items and food if needed. Replace any food you actually use. The view of the mountains from the balcony is the best. We watched the sunrise almost every morning. Scott, the host, is very accommodating and communicative. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful property and cabin! Wonderful to wake up and sit on the deck enjoying the sunrise. Quiet, and beautiful views all around. Plenty of room inside to spread out and relax, and room to walk/hike outdoors. Just head down the driveway onto 88 for some jeep/4x4 adventures. We will be back :)

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of room to spread out and the views are fabulous. Great location and close to lots of activities. Pictures are very accurate of the cabin and don't do justice to the views! University teacher who grew up in and loves the mountains of Colorado. This is our getaway. Our kids, four daughters, love to escape here to hike, ATV, fish, raft, etc.

Located on 35+ acres with expansive mountain views, including Pikes Peak. Access to many activities including the Royal Gorge, rafting, zip-lining, hiking, ATVing, fishing, hunting, hot springs, and fun towns such as Leadville, Cripple Creek, Buena Vista, Salida, Canon City, Breckenridge, etc. Lots and lots to do, or just relax and enjoy the views and sun.

Abundant scenery and wildlife: humming birds to elk, deer and antelope.

In the Banana Belt, a warm region of the Colorado Rockies, but with access to skiing (Monarch, Breckenridge, Leadville, etc.). Winters are typically warmer that surrounding areas and summers are absolutely beautiful. Two ponds located within a mile or two of house are available for fishing and larger lakes/reservoirs are in driving distance. Lots of wildlife in and around property. Easy access to ATV/4-wheel trails, hiking and water activities.

Use it as a family getaway, or a chance to escape the bustle of city life.
