These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

LOCATION: Only a mile away from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans, The Lola by Roami is also just a block away from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, making it great for both work and play. The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District.

Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BATHROOMS: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Laundry is free to use.
2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.
3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room.

PARKING:
If you're traveling by car, please be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with Roami. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with Roami.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates provided upon availability.

The approximate unit size is 2200 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.
