Once again the elevators were a nightmare glad we stayed on the 3rd floor took the stairs the majority of the trip. We had a party of 4 and by the time one person took a 5-10 minute shower we were out of hot water .

Vaction in 3 get away from work and covid for relaxing syay

This property is a joke you wait 30 mins for elevator. The room was so nasty. Toliet was runny husband went to fix it the tank full of black mold. Towels smelled of vinger. The bed was so worn out they put foam pad on top of it still was bad you sunk in the mattress didn't rest well at all. We mopped floors and vacuumed the sand out of carpet. This was a joke at the price we paid. I felt like we should of been paid for house keepers!!!!! Never going back never using gulfcoast rental or what ever they are....

Very nice condo

We had a great time at 312 Tidewater. The condo is really nice. It's located on the 3rd floor which is about as high as me and my wife want to be up. It was stocked with everything we needed to get started and we really didn't run out of much of the startup items that they gave us. The checkin and checkout procedures were pretty easy. Getting a luggage cart was a little interesting and the elevators were definitely busy on checkout day. There were people saying they had waited 30 minutes for an elevator on Saturday. But that was never our personal experience and being on the 3rd floor made it easy to take the stairs if we didn't want to wait. My only other complaint was someone should have warned us about the leaky toilet in the second bathroom. We needed to empty the bowl that was catching the water, but we didn't realize it until it was running over onto the floor. No biggie, just would have been nice to know when we got there. Other than that, it was a perfect visit.

Great except for the Elevators

Had a great weekend and condo was as advertised. The check out was terrible! We waited almost 2 hours in the heat waiting for an elevator to get out. It was ridiculous!!! Will not stay at Tidewater again because of the elevators.

Loved the condo… but the wait on the elevators was ridiculous… also was charged extra because I didn’t see the email to complete checkin within 48’s of arrival.. was not aware of this process. Felt that I had spent enough on my stay and the extra charge was uncalled for..

Condo was nice - great view. Property elevators were terrible. Had to take stairs most times because of wait time. It was nice to have complementary loungers however people were allowed to setup camp with chairs and umbrellas right in front of us. Overall, a good choice.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and had most of everything that we needed. I didn’t like the carpet in the master bedroom. It didn’t feel the cleanest and there was a nail sticking up through the tack strip that my crawling infant cut her finger and bled from. One other issue was that our unit included beach chairs until the end of October (so our whole trip), but the men running the chair rentals were very rude. We were suppose to have our rentals until 4pm, but the last few days, if we left our chairs for a short amount of time they would take the cushions and umbrella and we would have to ask for more when we came back down and they would just give us fold outs. They were very rude and unprofessional to us and multiple other guests.

Maybe again

After paying in full in April, I was charged again the rate for the condo because their system doesnt read a zero balance, which did hurt. The property was clean...the floors did have a lot of sand on them...the only complaint with the actual property was the bedrooms mattress...while in good shape it was so very uncomfortable which makes for a miserable night and morning...and the price went up several hundred dollars over night after our stay. I booked a room next year a few doors down for over a thousand less.

Very clean absolutely beautiful View!

When we arrived it was super clean ,beautiful view and everything we needed. Past reviews complained about the bed. After the first night I called for options because I do have back issues. Immediately within a hour they were there with a 3inch memory foam topper!!! I was so impressed by there willingness to make sure my stay was comfortable! Definitely will book threw them again!!

Pleasant Stay

The condo was great and very clean. It was on the 3rd floor which was very convenient for getting to the beach quickly. Just as I read in other reviews, the elevators were very slow so I was thankful to be on the 3rd floor, for we used thr stairs everyday. The resort itself is huge and seemed to be booked, therefore the beach was packed with people. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the condo, and appreciate the cleanliness and comfort.

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect ocean view, etc. The elevators in the building are pretty slow (some were waiting anywhere from 30 min to 1 hr+) but this condo is on the 3rd floor - so we took the stairs daily - which wasn't bad! If you can't do stairs, I would highly recommend looking for something on ground level. The staff who work here are very helpful and nice. Will most definitely be returning!

Perfect Size & Location

This unit was very spacious for a “One Bedroom”. The bunks are actually in an alcove and felt private. This unit is great for up to 4, I probably wouldn’t squeeze 5-6 people in using the pull out. The third floor location was great because the elevators are horrible (not the unit owner’s fault), this size building needs twice as many elevators. We took the stairs whenever possible. It was great to be right on the beach and water. Fair warning though, the line for chairs forms 30-45 minutes prior to them opening. It might be even earlier in peak months, we were there in October. It was nice to be able to go back to the room for lunch and leave our stuff at our chairs. We were also close enough to walk to Pier Park every night. There are sidewalks or bike paths most of the way. We would stay here again.

Don’t stay above second floor

Elevators were a mess. It is not easy to move around here. You get free beach chairs but you have to stand in line every morning as you have to get new chair assignment daily and can’t get before 830. My room was nice. Needed more cooking utinsels. Dryer quit workout my on Thursday before we left on Saturday. Ceiling starting leaks no on Tuesday. Called and reported. Still awaiting maintenance man. Bed headboard was broke Other furnishings and furniture was nice and most of these thanks gs was something’s no that just happened. If not for elevators I would stay here again but because of the elevators, we will stay elsewhere

Amazing

Room was dirty.

Decor was beautiful. The view was perfect of course. We don't feel cheated at all. Now the reason for the lower rating: Elevators are horrible. Our room was not clean when we arrived. Staff was hit or miss for customer service. We are from middle Tennessee and used to Southern Hospitality. We missed it at our home away from home. I doubt we will ever stay again.

Tidewater was a nice quiet place, very clean and a beautiful beach view!

We stayed a week at this condo and really loved it! It was decorated very well, very clean and felt like our home away from home! The view was beautiful! Everything looked exactly like the pictures did! We will be coming back and staying here again! Awesome condo!

Lovely vacation!

We have such a great time at this condo! The view was amazing, and we had perfect weather. The furniture and decor were very comfortable and pleasing. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was well equipped. The new appliances were nice - stainless steel. We absolutely loved the outdoor furniture and spent quite a bit of time on the patio. It was great to be able to eat lunch outside! Thanks for a great stay.
