* There is a basement suite below you, which may be occupied. The suite has its own separate entry, and there are no shared spaces, so there should be zero interaction between the units. The driveway and back yard are for your exclusive use.
* The heating system is central forced air. There is a wireless thermostat in your unit. Starting temperature is a comfortable 21°C (70°F). To change it, message me and I'll adjust it right away using a phone app for the rest of your stay. If you like it cooler than 21°C (70°F), I may need to find a compromise with the lower unit, which is usually colder, and could become uncomfortably cold.
