The fully equipped kitchen has an open floor plan with an island, bar seating & lots of storage. The master bedroom walks out to the lanai, where the washer & dryer are located in a closet. It has a king bed, walk-in closet, TV with antenna/roku & attached full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet & a smart TV and the guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. 2 twins, luxurious memory foam rollaway beds are available allowing the maximum occupancy to increase to 6 guests. Starter Essentials Included, along with linens & beach towels for your use.

Enjoy the amenities such as; the pool that is just across from the building, and the community fishing pier a short & a short walk to your deeded beach access! A designated Lot Parking Pass is also provided to get you even closer to the beach when parking is available. Park in the extra wide, under-building assigned parking spot with additional guest parking & available public transit. Entry is at ground level & is through a secure, air-conditioned lobby. For your convenience, there is a luggage cart available.
