PLAZA, Unit 102 @ 9800 Coastal Highway your next beach getaway! Our repeat guests say it is their home away from home! Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. The unit is NON SMOKING - NO PETS are allowed. Owner does have a hypoallergenic dog. There are amazing ocean views from the balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Watch the sunrise while you have coffee out on the balcony! No need to get on the elevator to go to the outdoor pool or the beach, 1st floor living is the best! As new owners in 2021, we completely redecorated the unit! All new paint and decorations; all new bedding; new furniture in the living room, dining room, master bedroom and 3rd bedroom; new TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen had just been renovated prior, we added all new small appliances, dishes, etc. In 2022, the water heater, washer and dryer were replaced, a new HVAC system was installed and new carpet was put in all of the bedrooms. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom were renovated as well. NEW FOR SUMMER OF 2025! The 2nd bedroom will now have a king bed! The balcony furniture also will be replaced for the 2025 season. We love for our guests to have a wonderful, relaxing place to stay when on vacation so we continuously take pride in upgrading the unit for our guests. Maximum occupancy is 8. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom now has a king bed, 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle (both full size twin mattresses), and there is a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room. For those that may still have to jump on a call for work, there is a desk area in the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, 65" TV in the living room with a DVD player. Pergo laminate floors run throughout the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallways; bedrooms are carpeted. The master bath has a walk in shower, the guest bath has a tub/shower combination. The condo comes equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. Guests also have used of a storage locker to keep beach items in. Condo comes with WIFI! There are plenty of games to play for those rainy days!
Registration fee $80 payable 4/1 - 10/19 , includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles: $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool offers dry - heat Saunas, Hot Tub, outdoor pool heated each w/kiddies'' pools.
