Welcome to our Lake Windermere Pointe condo. Year round fun for the whole family. Whether you're looking to spend some time on the water at Lake Windermere or hit the slopes at Panorama Mountain Resort, you'll find everything at your fingertips. Just minutes walk to James Chabot Provincial Park and the marina, a 20 minute drive to Panorama Mountain Resort and Radium Hot Springs is a 15 minute drive up the road.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo comes fully furnished and the kids will LOVE the bunk bed room.

- The den features 3 built in single bunk beds as well as a single bed. The den comes equipped with a TV and all the toys, crafts and movies kids could need!

- The large south west facing deck features seating and a BBQ for all your grilling needs.

- Pack n Play, Highchair, and kid friendly kitchenware are also available

Downtown Invermere is close by and there are lots of restaurants, shops and summer outdoor markets.
Kinsmen Beach is less than a 10 minute drive up the road and has tons of fun activities for the whole family including a splash park, volleyball and beach access.

Great Location

We are a family of 6 skiing at Panorama. The condo is located well with the rental shops and panorama shuttle on the back side of condo (5 min walk), and downtown within a 10 min walk. This is a great condo and clean so the next few comments are the be aware stuff. There are no luggage carts so you need to pack all your gear, luggage, groceries to the elevator, and then down hall to apartment so pack light!! The hot tub is so small fits 8 (10 at very best) and unless you get in early it is packed until late at night. There is no TV in the master bedroom, yet there is one in the other 2 bedrooms which doesn’t make sense. And no top sheets or blankets on the bed (only duvet) - which is so awkward and uncomfortable. Also, do not count on putting kids in all 4 of the bunk beds they are crowded way too tight and the top bunk won't fit anyone other then a toddler at best and with no safety rails that wont work. Again, the above are not hills to die on - or complaints, this is a clean, well-supplied, great location condo!!

Panorama Ski Vacation

Property is good for people who are skiing Panorama but do not want to pay the Panorama Village prices. Important to check out the Panorama shuttle schedule. There is no shuttle to get you to the mountain for the first lift and there are major gaps in the schedule. Best to check the schedule on line when deciding where to stay. Driving there is 25/30 min up a windy road. Watch out for deer! Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Kicking Horse coffee is really good. Great to have laundry machines so you don’t have to pack a lot of clothes but bring some dryer sheets if you don’t want static. Gave 3 stars for accuracy of online listing. The bunk room description is misrepresented. The bunks do not have a lot of clearance between beds. The top bunk is VERY close to the ceiling, unusable. The bunks would only be appropriate for small children, not teens or adults. The room is very small to have 4 beds in it and there is no window. Internet worked well. We weren’t able to access the units Netflix. There is no cable so if you are sport fans you will not be able to watch games. Check in process was simple. Parking is great for all size vehicles but would not have enough clearance for a van or SUV with a Thule. Close to grocery stores. Would recommend Valleyfoods over Sobeys for meat and fresh produce. Hosts provided detailed information and were quick to respond to questions.

We loved our stay in this unit. The setup was exactly what our family needed and it was so beautifully decorated. The owner was fantastic to communicate with as well. We would definitely stay there again on future trips to the area!

Summer 2023 get away

This was our second stay at this location, both times in August for approximately a week reach time. The location is great only a few minute walk to the beach and downtown shops. The unit is in a corner with a nice view of the courtyard and lake. The condo building is becoming a little run down with stains throughout the buildings carpet and minor damage to some of the walls. The condo is well equipped with pretty much everything you could need for your stay. It is a good size unit with bunk beds so ideal for families to stay. On the negative side the condo has begun to get a little run down. The carpet has lots of stains and could use replacement. The beds are very soft and could use replacement. The balcony floor was very dirty and the BBQ was in rough shape with broken upper grating.

Great stay

Great location, so close to the beach! However the pool was freezing cold so my kids did not enjoy it… We did see a propane truck parked next to it the next day so I’m wondering if it’s normally that cold, or if they were possibly fixing it. It was clean and check in/out was easy. My kiddos loved the triple bed. Thanks for the stay!

What a lovely condo. Perfectly set up for families with ample room for everyone. Having access to the pool as well as a 5 min walk to beach was fantastic and made for such an easy holiday.

Family Time at the Perfect Place

This property was the perfect stay for my family. It was plenty big for all of us. The best part was the pool, it was so close, had 2 hot tubs and had a lot of other families there for my children to find playmates. Invermere was a lovely place to stay, it had everything you would need. We had nice trips to Panorama for hiking and running. We will definitely try to get back here to stay again.

Invermere Condo

Property was in a good area of Invermere. Layout of the condo was convenient for a large family. Kitchen was well stocked. Only a couple of negatives to mention. The carpet in the condo could benefit from a good carpet cleaning and the bed in the spare bedroom was pretty sacked out causing you to sink into the middle. Other than that, the condo was in good shape and the owner was very good to deal with.

Elevator not working negatively impacted our stay

This is our first Vrbo stay and disappointment best summarizes our visit. We are a senior couple and we found the elevator servicing our fourth floor suite not working throughout our entire stay. In fact, having talked with two of the housekeepers we learned that the elevator had not been working for two weeks (we spoke with a guest who had been visiting for a week and he confirmed the elevator had not worked during the time he had been there). We ended up staying in the suite much more than we had planned due to the impact of having to use the stairs. Our host, when queried about the situation, said she had only learned of the elevator problem on our arrival day!! We asked if we could receive a refund and search for another, more comfortable property and was told we could certainly choose to move to another property but she would not reimburse us. As I've said, we stayed but found ourselves stuck in the suite more than we would have liked. Not a good first Vrbo experience!!

Family reunion fun stay

We loved the condo and the location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Perfect for our group of five and older relatives staying elsewhere. We would absolutely book with this host again.

Comfy and clean

Very happy with our stay here. Pictures are true to condo Beds are comfy, condo was clean. Washer and dryer were great for drying beach towels!!! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need for cooking etc Pool was great for cooling off. Bbq was great to have ! Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if we go back to Invermere or recommend to family and friends. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us 😀

Perfect condo rental

Loved our stay! I’ve stayed in several of these condo units in Invermere and this was one of the best yet. Plenty of space, great location for pool and beach access, extremely clean and lovely balcony views. Having the additional touches of toiletries in the shower, underground parking (it can be tough to find general parking at these units, so great perk!) and an uncomplicated check out process (which is also rare with rentals sometimes and much appreciated) made this one of our favourites. Thank you!
