Perfect weekend in October

This property is more than you’d expect. We loved our stay, Mitch is excellent at communicating and we were super comfortable. First time to Isle of Palms for a baseball tournament and I’d rent this house again. Thanks for being great hosts!

Affordabe getaway!

Extremely clean and stocked with all the house linens and toiletries needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (two teenagers) to spread out and relax. Very continent walk to the beach. The house is not on the main street so minimal traffic going past. Outdoor shower is a big plus for coming back from the beach.

Love this home!

We had such a lovely stay at this beachy home! The location was wonderful. Quiet street with easy beach access just a block away. The house was exceptionally clean and very well-stocked with anything we could have needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to sleep and hang out. Mitch was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Loved this place!

This house was so incredibly nice and clean! It was even better than we thought it would be. Well-decorated and clearly well taken care of. It's a very short, easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was amazing to have! Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our week at this property. It was cozy, clean, close to the beach and perfect for our family getaway. Mitch was delightful to work with and gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations. One of our favorite excursions was a fishing trip with Captain Jason of Charleston Fishing Trips. Everything we caught was then fried up at Water’s Edge. A perfect meal on a perfect day. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Perfect family spot

This updated home had everything we needed to have a very fun week with our five kids. Walking to the beach for sunset was amazing. It’s so close! The outdoor shower was a big favorite as well. We will be back soon.

Spring Break 2023

100% love this property! Our family has used VRBO for years and this has to be the nicest place we have rented. Location was fantastic. Extremely clean house (passed the white sock test :-)), every amenity we could need and easy to work with the owner. Highly recommend.

Cute and cozy

The home was exactly as the pics show. The decor was beachy and inviting. Our first time staying in IOP and we weren't dissapointed. The home owner was awesome, very helpful and communicative. We did so much in such a quick stay (5 days). We still got over to see a sunrise and sunset and the walk to the beach is just around the corner. The drive to Charelston is only 30 minutes and so close to Shem Creek and Mt Pleasant. We rent homes often and normally bring our Doodles with us. Would totally love it, if we were able to find a home this cute that is pet friendly. Loved this home in a quiet a very nice neighborhood.

Our Favorite Beach House Ever

We loved this property and the owners were like dear friends to us. We have recommended it to family and friends already. Kitchen is well equipped as we made several meals there. Decorating is tasteful (and looks new). Our walk to the beach was easy. We used their beach chairs, and the outdoor shower is great to rinse off the sand upon returning. This area on Isle of Palms is very modern with nice upscale homes. We did short day trips to Charleston and Mount Pleasant. What a fun place to vacation!!

Wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, relaxing

Our family of four (including two teens) loved our time at this adorable beach house. It was spotless and included everything we needed for our nearly weeklong stay. The photos accurately show how nicely decorated it is, but the main living spaces are more spacious than they look online. And we loved how close it was to the beach. Mitch and Kim were wonderful hosts and made us feel at home. Our flight into Charleston was quite delayed, so we arrived late at night. When Mitch found out about the delay, he went to the house to turn the lights on so we wouldn’t arrive to a dark house. Incredibly thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home 1 block from beach

Location was great, close to beach, easy walk and in a quiet residential area. Home was perfect for the 4 adults and 1 twelve year old; clean, well equipped with great appliances and lots of room inside and out.

Wonderful isle of palms getaway

Perfect island Cottage near the beach for our family of 5. The owners are very conscientious and many personal touches made us feel at home. A favorite for all was the outside shower. We look forward to returning.

Definitely a favorite

First trip to Charleston/Isle Of Palms and loved every minute of it. Mitch was more than helpful in our planning for the trip and the house is ideal. More than we expected to be honest. The outdoor shower was super relaxing after the short walk to the beach and back. We will definitely use this house again upon our return.
