Welcome to your lakeside paradise at Christina Lake, BC! This 2-bedroom park model vacation home, located in the Christina Lakeside Resort, is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and offers a tranquil getaway surrounded by picturesque lake views, shared white sandy beach, and romantic sunsets.
As soon as you step on the patio, you will be struck by stunning lake views. The open-concept living area, opening up to the large covered patio, is perfect for gathering with loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed with lake views, Smart TV and plenty of storage, while the back bunk room located on the opposite end of the home, boasts a queen bed + 3 slim twin bunks. Your washer and dryer is located in the shed so you can truly make yourself at home during your stay.
Step outside and you'll find yourself in your very own oasis. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the patio as you watch the sun sparkle on the lake, or spend your afternoons lounging on the shared sandy beach. If you're feeling adventurous, grab a kayak or paddleboard from the local rental store, and explore the stunning waters of Christina Lake. If you have a boat, we also have moorage available for $40/day. Take a stroll along the shore, hike/bike along the Kettle Valley trail, or simply relax and soak up the beauty of your surroundings.
At the end of the day, return to the comfort of your cozy vacation home and unwind on the patio watching a movie on the outdoor Smart TV or just take in the sunset over the lake.
With all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and 3 Smart TVs, you'll have everything you need to recharge and rejuvenate.
1. CLEANING: Guests are responsible for cleaning the cottage upon departure to ensure it is ready for the next guests. As we do not charge a cleaning fee through Airbnb, we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this standard. The cottage is small and easy to clean. Please note that charges will apply if the cottage is not cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.
2. BEDDING: Guests must bring their own bedding. We provide pillows; you just need to bring pillow covers.
3. TOWELS: You are welcome to use our beach, bath, and kitchen towels. Please launder them before you leave.
4. SECURITY: For insurance and safety purposes, we have an outdoor camera on the patio. When guests arrive, we turn it off remotely and turn it back on at 1 pm on the day of departure.
5. OUTDOOR AREA: Lawn chairs are available for your use. Please stow them on the side of the patio each evening and ensure everything is put away at the end of each night.
6. QUIET HOURS: Quiet time is strictly enforced between 11 pm and 7 am. Security will notify us of any resort rule or noise violations.
7. ROADWAY/PARKING: Please unload and load in front of the blue community building to avoid blocking the roadway. Once unloaded, the parking lot is located at the top of the resort, as there isn’t enough space for a vehicle to remain parked at the park model.
8. SEPTIC: The cottage and resort are on a septic system. Please only flush wastewater and toilet paper.
9. THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS: No third-party bookings are allowed. The person booking the cottage must stay for the duration of the reservation. The number of guests staying must match the number listed in your booking.
10. GAS FIREPIT: A gas firepit is available for your use. Please bring your own propane tank.
11. SMOKING: Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited in our cottage, on the patio, or in shared areas of the grass and beach. Please take a walk if you need to smoke and dispose of butts appropriately.
12. CHECK-OUT: Please send us a message on the Airbnb app when you have checked out and inform us of any damages so we can rectify them for our next guests.
13. BOAT MOORAGE: The resort has a small marina where you can moor your boat for an additional fee of $40/day. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing your boat.
