Dieses 1.200 m² große Haus in Telluride bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen (1 Queensize-Bett, 1 Doppelbett und 3 Einzelbetten). Es verfügt über 2 Vollbäder, eine Stehküche mit Gasherd und Geschirrspüler. Das Wohnzimmer mit einem Gaskamin bietet einen direkten Blick auf die Berge Ballard und Wasatch. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen WLAN, ein Wäscheschrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine großartige Aussicht auf Ingram Falls, Bear Creek und das Skigebiet. Das Hotel liegt nur 3 Häuserblocks von der Colorado Avenue (auch bekannt als "Main St.") entfernt auf der Sonnenseite der Stadt neben dem Telluride Historical Museum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Skifahren, Mountainbiken und Wandern sind von der Haustür aus bequem zu Fuß erreichbar .

Es gibt 1 Parkplatz für das Parken abseits der Straße und einen "G" -Zonenausweis, der auf dem Rückspiegel angezeigt wird, damit ein zweites Fahrzeug in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft auf der Straße parken kann. Dieses Haus befindet sich seit 1963 in Familienbesitz und wurde 1998 renoviert und erweitert. Derzeit umfasst der vordere Teil des Grundstücks einen separaten Wohnsitz mit einem Vollzeitbewohner. Die Tomboy Road beginnt direkt hinter dem Haus und ist Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Hochbeckenabenteuer. Das Viertel ist mit Ausnahme des Telluride Historical Museum ein Wohnviertel und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort von den Aktivitäten in der Innenstadt. Die Gondel und der Lift Nr. 8 sind nur 6 Blocks vom Haus entfernt. Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhaus und Haustiere jeglicher Art sind nicht gestattet.

A great place to stay. There was only three of us and we had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, we cook every night. Again a great place for small groups.

Excellent location

This place was fabulous! Our group of 6 had plenty of space and the location was awesome—close to everything but a few blocks off the Main Street, so it was quiet. Some of the twin beds were maybe not the comfiest, but it was adequate. We found this place clean and well-stocked, and everything worked well. We would definitely return!

This property was perfect for our group! The location of the property was great! We were able to enjoy the beautiful town and a short walk to the gondola to explore mountain village! The hosts were very quick to respond and give information! Hopefully when we come back this property will be available!

Great location

Any location in Telluride is usually a great one, but this place was right next to the museum and our family enjoyed visiting right next door. We also spent a lot of time at town park and telluride academy and this was a nice location for both. Gordon and Lissa were great hosts and their place was perfect for our family of 6.

This house had everything we were looking for—great floor plan, good appliances & stocked kitchen, close proximity to town and very helpful hosts! Maybe a bit upgrading with the linens would be nice and they were a old. But overall, a good experience!

Excellent location and amazing communication

After battling with the airline over a cancelled flight, we arrived late on our check-in day. The house was perfect and within walking distance of everything. Great place to store skis and such! The view off the small porch or out the front windows of the mountains was excellent. The owners were amazing and fast in their communication, and even offered a free night if our plane had been delayed a full day!! Would very much stay again! May head back to visit in the summer and get our hike on!

Cozy home in a wonderful setting

Lissa and Gordon's home is just perfect for a family and we all loved it, with is mezzanine where we played games and its fireplace to warm up after a day of ski. Lissa and Gordon are top hosts, very helpful and supportive, and very responsive. If we ever come back to Telluride, we won't think twice and go back to this same place.

Telluride Retreat

Wonderful property that was a much needed retreat for my family of 5 in Telluride. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and gave us all the information we needed about the property and town before we arrived. It is a 2 block walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and just a short walk to the park and hiking trails. We didn’t need our car at all after we arrived. I would highly recommend this rental, we loved our time there!

Lissa and Gordon were the best hosts!

Their home is tucked away just up the hill from the mainstream of Telluride. Just close enough, but quiet and peaceful. There is a beautiful mountain view from the large living room window! Perfect for just a couple, but can easily accommodate a large family.

Owners are great, responsive, clear communication, and did an incredible job with this historic home renovation. Great ski storage, pots pans, everything we needed. House is a little walk from Gondola but we enjoyed the walk only 10 minute walk. Home is on the and quiet and sunny side of town. Perfect house for a couple in master bedroom with teenage kids in loft. We will be back in this house in the future, great value, and pride knowing the owners put their hearts into this home. Thank You!!!

We had a great stay at this property. It is perfect for a large family, or group up to seven people. It was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. It is walking distance from main street and the gondola over to Mountain Village. The kitchen is well stocked and so are the bathrooms and bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

My parents purchased this home in 1963, and it has been enjoyed by our family since then. The house was completely renovated and remodeled in 1998, (following the Historic and Architectural Review Commission recommendations). We love Telluride, the people and the area.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

My parents came to Telluride in 1962 to visit a fellow artist. During that trip they fell in love with Telluride's natural beauty. This was 10 years before the ski area was started and most of the houses had been abandoned as the mines reduced, and finally ceased, production. Mom and Dad were academics in Albuquerque and had summers off. In their search for a summer escape from the New Mexico heat they thought of Telluride. When they came to town to look at properties they had to go to Norwood to even find a real estate agent! They choose the house because it was on the sunny side of the canyon and is elevated a bit to get great views. Most homes at that time were boarded up and had no paint on them anymore, so somehow, they managed to see through the deterioration and choose a great place in a wonderful location.

The house is 3 blocks from main street, so it's quiet and private. There are wonderful views out the windows and from the front porch (a favorite spot to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee). It's easy to get anywhere in Telluride by walking. While we have a car, we typically do not use it when we're in Telluride. We will walk or bike or even ski down to the gondola if there is enough snow on the streets. Our neighbors are all families that have lived there for years, making the area very peaceful and friendly.
