This home is in a peaceful laneway with barely any traffic. It is also very central and within a few blocks you will find Byng St Cafe, St Joseph's Church, Ferment Wine Bar, Cook Park, The Sonic, Anything Grows, The Union Bank, Lolli Redinis (hatted) Restaurant & The Greenhouse of Orange, Duntryleague Golf Course + much more!

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.
