Unit 305 in SoCe Flats is a city-view one bedroom condo on the top floor of the building! SoCe Flats is an exciting new condominium development in the most desirable neighborhood in Naples, the Paradise Coast?s most coveted beach town. "SoCe", named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designed by renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! UNIT DETAILS: The floor plan for unit 305 includes an open kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a bedroom with king size bed and upgraded room darkening window shades. One full bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. A full size stacked front load washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet near the kitchen. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for 1 vehicle. AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has a private open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating with TV. While there is no swimming pool or gym on site at SoCe, the Briggs Wellness Center is within walking distance and offers day passes for $12 which provides access to a large gym with cardio equipment and fitness classes, locker rooms with dry sauna and whirlpool, and an outdoor lap pool. LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just four short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn?s gourmet market and CVS.

A few days in Naples

Everything about this stay was excellent. The communication from the owner was as good as we've seen. The property was exactly as described, and was very, very nice. Would very much stay there again or stay at another property managed by them.

The Benders

Everything was fine accept the front door was broke we had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor 1st night 2nd night then we were able to use the side door to the elevator until they got the front door working. The side door was fine to use as appose to back door with stairs. Very new and clean. Kitchen ,living room and bedroom were perfect. No Noise we will be back again and reccomend it to others.

Looking at Winter Getaways

This was our first trip to Naples. Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants' and grocery store. Quiet location surrounded by beautiful homes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was easy to get code and access room without a checkin process. There was a deck/amenities room on the 3rd floor. There was the alleged hot tub there. But was never given a code for the room. Eventually tried the several different codes we were provided for the building but could not get the hot tub to turn on or get warm. The vibe was a little sterile like a hotel, but much quieter. But the place was well stocked and beautiful. Probably not the vibe I was looking for on a vacation with a friend but would still consider staying again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and spotless. Every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect. There was a lot of construction all around us , however it was pretty quiet in the Condo. Hardly noticeable.

They went the extra mile to ensure a great experience/stay.The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.Our contact responded in a very timely fashion to the few inquiries we had.The location was great. It is steps to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants as well as very near the beach and Baker Park. Having the wagon and beach chairs and umbrella provided was very nice. Yes, there was construction around us but we were made aware of that ahead of time and it really did not bother us.We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again next year!

The Holiday Life has the best selection of luxury apartments to rent in a brand new buildijg in Downtown Naples. I rented 2 different units and my mom loved it so much she rented a third unit for a week. All the finishes are super luxury and the Holiday Staff answers any questions immediately. Thank you so much for a lovely stay xoxo!

Nice new condo

The condo is brand new and modern and well appointed. I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator and my car park were on another side of the building. It made us very difficult to unload groceries or luggage. Would have been impossible for an elderly person. We could not receive mail which was very inconvenient. The jacuzzi which was supposed to be available to everyone was not working. The shower needs a shelf. The vacuum does not work. Construction going on in the building every day.

Great location close to downtown without the hustle and bustle

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to Old Naples, we wanted to be in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and this property did not disappoint. Newly opened, everything was clean and in good working order, my only recommendation to the owner would be to add a shelf in the shower to hold bath supplies (currently everything has to sit on the floor) and to have black out or a set of thick curtains in the bedroom. There is significant ambient light from the surrounding buildings the current blinds can not block and it's 24x7 twilight -- not great for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again if the window treatment situation got addressed.
