You’ll love Zoe’s Lagoon for it’s sweeping St. Lawrence river views from various pretty points on the property and in the cottage.
Swimming is superb with shallow entry, mix of sand and rock shoreline. Children love the sand and building inukshuks.
This charming 900 square ft cottage is under an acre and just steps away from the waterfront.
Peaceful setting, surrounded by mature trees for privacy. Imagine falling asleep to the sound of the wind and waves. Set away from the main road = no traffic noise, minimal light pollution. Perfect for moon and star gazing. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Enjoy an abundance of birds and wildlife like otters, minks, blue herons, loons, swans, osprey, deer, owls, fox, racoons.
There are 4 hammocks, outdoor benches, 7 Adirondack chairs, 2 fire pits, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board(use at own risk) Recommend bringing own life jackets and water shoes (old adult LJ for use)

*no stores on Howe island, recommend bringing food and supplies
*2 public ferry’s on demand, short crossings, $8.00 return

*cottage is set up best for 3 adults max
*recommend solo travellers, couples or small family, (property not child proof)
*dogs welcome!
*tap water is well water safe for drinking

*property not suitable for motor boots but there is a public boat entrance east end of Howe island at 3 car ferry to Gananoque which offers parking and a pretty park
