This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo carries an updated, tasteful decor throughout. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with stools and newer appliances. Gorgeous flooring throughout. The living area as well as the main bedroom open up to a nice balcony with comfy outside seating. You're sure to spend quality time on the water front balcony, where you'll enjoy a beautiful view of Boca Ciega Bay. Watch dolphins and manatees play with your morning coffee or as you sip on a cocktail later in the day. 3 flat screen TV's, free wifi and so much more! Both bathrooms feature granite counter tops, a tub/shower combo in the main bath and a large walk in shower in the guest bath.

The large pool, heated in the winter, as well as beach access is just across the building. After days spent lounging at the pool, soaking in one of the 2 hot tubs or playing in the surf, you'll love returning to this comfortable condo to relax. In your downtime, connect to the free WiFi and kick back in front of the large flat-screen cable TV.

This unit also includes 5 (five) Tommy Bahama beach chairs plus umbrellas, a cooler and beach toys as well as high speed internet plus a 27" computer monitor for those "at the beach" Zoom meetings.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village.
