Upstairs you will find five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating for all year-round comfort. Downstairs there is a fully self-contained flat with a full kitchen and private bathrooms.

For larger groups please enquire about the 7-bedroom option for this property which has additional 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 4 more guests. Maximum guests will be 18.
The 7th bedroom will only be opened for bookings of 15 or more guests.

Pet Friendly! Delany Lodge is pet Friendly to small & medium size dogs. There is a small fenced area at the rear of the property. Medium size dogs to remain outside at all times and only permitted in the laundry area.
Strictly a maximum of 2 fury friends per property.
Pets are not to be left unattended at a property for any period of time.
It is your responsibility to clean up any pet droppings before vacating a property.
Pets are not allowed on any soft furnishings in the accommodation. Please bring their own beds and blankets as required.
Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings.

* Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

Bunk Beds:

*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
