Opening the stunning front entry, you will feel immersed into another world. This 3 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa boasts just under 1450 sq ft of natural lighting and sliding glass doors. Giving you and your guests the natural light and spectacular views, you deserve on your much-needed Southwest Florida vacation!

** This home is pet friendly for (MAX. 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 100lbs) with prior approval and pet fee per pet (no cats).

Perfect family getaway!

Great location not too far from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and lanai was great area to spend the afternoon. Loved the layout of the house!

Amazing Anniversary Stay

We had a great time staying here for our anniversary! The pool was awesome and it was fun swimming at nighttime watching the stars. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and make drinks and enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be planning to come back here. I brought our Apple TV so it felt like home watching the HUGE tv in the living room. My wife loved the place so much she left our toilet seat covers because they matched the shower curtains perfectly. Overall we really enjoyed our visit!!

Awesome pool time temps.

We enjoyed the warm pool and swam most nights until 10m. The outdoor living area is where we spent 80% of our time. We played connect 4. Watched a lot of college football and the Packer game. Spent time walking around the neighborhood which was very safe. It was perfect for a family of four traveling with grandparents. We loved that Duffys sports bar was down the road. The house felt homey and roomy and came with most items we needed. If we could suggest anything it might be a crockpot, wine opener and maybe a margarita blender. We had to replace the LP tank for the grill because it was pretty much empty when we arrived. Overall, we would book this house in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us make such great memories in your home.

Lived in home

Description was luxury property, this is at best a very lived in house. Day of check in I sent pictures and a list of 9 issues with this home. Master bedroom ceiling fan was so loud, ( this was repaired) Kitchen cabinets peeling and doors don’t even close. Cracked toilet tank cover. Walls dirty, broken recliner, as the stay went on I found other disappointing issues. There was a hole in wall tile in master bath, also peeling paint and a crack in the wall corner behind the door. The redeeming quality was the outdoor patio, we spent lots of time outside. Landscaping was atrocious.
