SALTWATER HOUSE – located opposite the beach and with beautiful views over the Begola Wetlands
If location is what really matters then this stunning 3 bedroom, updated property will be sure to impress! On the front side of SALTWATER HOUSE you are directly opposite the beach and can hear the waves while on the other side you have stunning views of the natural freshwater Begola Wetlands where many bird species live
A little more info about SALTWATER HOUSE .....
· There is an expansive deck out the back to relax and enjoy the estuary views and upstairs off the master bedroom is a rooftop deck that also looks out over the wetlands.
· Inside is spacious and comfortable, easily enough room for two families or three couples.
· This property sleeps 9 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a queen bed plus a bunk bed and a trundle bed.
· A wood heater provides cosy comfort in winter, whilst split system heating/cooling in all bedrooms will also maintain all year-round comfort. (Enough firewood and kindling is supplied to see you through around 2 nights).
· The beach is across the road, there are multiple paths to take you through the sand dunes and onto the beach – our closest path is just 400m down the road.
· A beautiful outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes a beach visit a breeze.
· A smart TV will ensure you are all set for Netflix, and guests can also enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi.
· For babies/toddlers there is a port-a-cot, pram, highchair and baby bath.
· All linen and bath towels are supplied however it’s a good idea to bring along your own beach towels.
· The property is fully fenced and secure.
· The town centre is within walking distance - a 15 minute walk.
We want our guests to enjoy a relaxing time at SALTWATER HOUSE, we do have some house rules but here are the main points:
· This property is available for couples or family groups only.
· Strictly no parties or schoolies.
· This is an incredibly beautiful neighbourhood, and we ask that our guests respect the house and our neighbours.
· Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
· No smoking
· Sorry no pets
Our approaoch is to leave you be to enjoy your holiday, but I am close by if you need any assistance at all.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT - please note, a refundable security deposit of $750 will be deducted from your nominated credit card/account 3 days prior to check out.
HOUSE RULES
• It is important that the number of guests staying in the property is as per your booking request. Please ensure the number of occupants does not exceed the number stipulated.
• We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our property
• We arrange for the property to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
• Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please.
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
• All loud music must cease by 10.00 pm
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 10.00 pm to 8.00 am
• As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
• We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
• Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
• Lost keys and remote controls
• Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
• Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
• Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
• As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
