Villa Serene is a fabulously furnished large four-bedroom apartment in Fingal Bay with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s with free entertainment, filtered water views, lift and a shared roof top pool.
High quality finishes and furnishing creates a welcoming atmosphere when entering the apartment. A large open plan, tiled living / dining area comes complete with ducted air conditioning, 75” Smart TV with free access to Netflix/Disney Plus/Internet and easy to use Chromecast remote with Google TV, a Bluetooth/USB enabled Micro CD Hi-Fi System and free unlimited Wi-Fi.
The living area opens out onto the huge balcony with a lounge setting, alfresco dining, and gas BBQ facilities, just perfect for relaxing, you can kick back and enjoy your holiday in this great apartment with all the necessities needed.
There is a fully self-contained gourmet kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, family size fridge / freezer, fabulous stone bench tops with bar seating and a Nespresso Coffee machine to top it off.
All bedrooms have ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom has an additional 60” Smart TV, direct balcony access and an ensuite. The ensuite bathroom has a lovely corner spa bath, shower, toilet, and vanity and in the main bathroom there is a large shower, toilet, and vanity. There is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine & dryer.
There are two upper-level car spaces available as well as additional lower-level spaces if required. Access to the apartment is easy with lifts to each floor and direct access from the internal carpark.
Located right near the beach and only a quick two-minute walk to Fingal Surf beach and Surf Club, steps away you will find a grocer, cafe, take away, bottle shop and hairdresser.
