Beautiful Home

I loved the whole house! Lovely closed in pool area with the grill and hot tub. Very clean and the decor was so cute.

Comforts of Home

This is an absolutely beautiful place. A beautiful house and views. The pool and downstairs was a great place for the family to hang out. There was not one thing needed that they did not already think to provide.

Perfect get away

Perfect place with a beautiful view for a weekend get away. The property was very accommodating with their amenities. We basically didn't have leave for the whole stay.

Family vacation

Traveled with daughter, son in law, and grand daughters. Plenty of room. Very clean. We rented a boat for the day and loved the silver dolfin restaurant!

Beautiful home, great location, but intrusive security cameras and many damaged items and not clean

In general it's a beautiful home in an awesome location and usually super quiet. But there's also some kind of handyman living just a few yards away and it looks like he's saving the money for a workshop so he opens the garage door early in the morning and then starts working with heavy machinery. At least this happened once in the morning. But usually it's quiet especially the evenings are very nice so quiet at the water. The stairs should not be underestimated and are really high and steep and even the third bathroom is down in the basement (compared to the upstairs living room). This is as far as I can remember not mentioned in the description. That means you have one bath in the "basement", one in the 1st and one in the 2nd floor. The basement (or garage or whatever) is not airconditioned and very muggy and smelly and has many many bugs (we have seen plenty of roaches). Nobody would ever use the 3rd bash during the night. Most of the home was cleaned nicely, but some spots in the kitchen have been still very dirty and greasy so we had complain about that. Some other spots were also not clean and had still nasty stuff in it e.g. drawers in the bath room or bed side tables (see picture). There are two cameras. One at the entrance which is acceptable, but the 2nd was mentioned as "facing outward", so I really didn't expect it to cover the FULL pool area. So whatever you do around and in the pool - expect somebody be watching you all the time. This is not acceptable and a reason not to book this home any more. Also many things were broken when we arrived (also check some pics): - dryer (no start button) - many shades (e.g. the ones in the master) and so there's almost no view from the master to the outside and it would actually be the best view in the whole home - many pool cage mesh panels were broken and have not been repaired. So we could not enjoy an evening at the pool without many bugs and mosquitos The inventory of the kitchen is not the greatest, but somehow ok and works for some small meals like breakfast. There have been probably a few things "updated" lately like the master cabinet sink which are really nice, but don't expect a renovated home. Most of it is rather older. The water quality is quite nice with no chlorine taste. There are many small spiders everywhere outside (especially on the balcony in the 2nd floor) and outside of every window and some are even inside and there was no vacuum we could use to get rid of them and also no insect spray we could use to finish this plague. At the entrance there are two large wasp nests which are quite scary because there's quite some activity there. Definitely dangerous for small children. So overall was a nice, short vacation, but overpriced for the (bad) condition and won't book again.

Hernando beach

Cleaning crew had no idea we were coming and tried to clean after we checked in. Did the best they could working around us. Air conditioner wasn't working that well..Checked filter ..it was filthy..Went to Wal Mart to purchase a new one and installed. talked to the owner and he said he would give us a $75 cleaning credit..Which I have never received. .Loved the house!!

Beautiful house!

The house is so beautiful and clean. The kitchen was so clean and stocked with spices and all the pans, cutlery dishes you could need. The pool/jacuzzi area was so nice and relaxing got to see a couple boats passing by. My husband and I loved it so much in that moment we booked another stay including the kiddos. We had a few questions and the owner was more than happy to help. Great place! Will definitely be an every year vacation place for our family!
