This newly-renovated, light, private guest suite is in a quiet area, in walking distance of pool, cafes, Bowral town centre and train station. If the Cherry Tree Walk and bush walks up Mount Gibraltar are appealing, this is for you.

You will have separate access into a comfortable lounge room. There is a gas fireplace. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, coffee and tea facilities. You have a private courtyard off the bedroom, which has a fan and air conditioner.

THE SPACE

This fully self-contained guest suite is attached to our family home and has a private entrance.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge room which may be suitable for one guest. Please contact your host in advance if you are considering this option.

This property is pet friendly. Only one small to medium sized house trained dog is allowed. For any variations please contact your host prior to booking. Please provide some information about your pet for us. It is expected that you will supervise your furry friend at all times and not leave them alone in the suite. I can advise you of a pet sitter that previous guests have used.

Bowral wedding

This is one of the best accommodations we have stayed at. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended. We could not fault a thing - exceptionally clean and comfortable with luxuries like fluffy towels, quality sheets and snuggly blankets. All the amenities were of a high quality, and all the little extras like milk, coffee and chocolates as well as toiletries in the bathroom made for a lovely experience. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we next visit Bowral. Thanks Peter for your wonderful hospitality.

Out of this world

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our Host Peter was amazing as was his partner and their 3 beautiful dogs. This centrally located property shows a very high degree of style and comfort. The attention to detail was incredible with nothing spared. We will recommend it to our friends who visit Bowral regularly.

Excellent location and very comfortable

It was a very easy walk into town, and we really enjoyed the variety of Bowral’s main street. The property was warm, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very friendly in communications and left us to ourselves during our stay, which we appreciated. We were really happy that we picked this place.

Brilliant little dog friendly stay!

Perfect accommodation for just one or two people plus their dog. Loved the reverse cycle in the bedroom and electric blanket already on the bed, was very much a welcome sight on a cold night!

Birthday weekend in Bowral

We had a lovely stay in this very nicely styled and presented flat underneath the owners property. It was a bit unfortunate that we were awoken so early on Saturday morning by tradesmen working at the back of the property. The vanity in the bathroom was a bit small, had to use kitchen sink instead, and be careful when turning on the shower, it’s got very good pressure lol.. oh and an egg flipper would be a great investment in the kitchen, but all in all, very lovely accommodation.

A Bowral Beauty

After a long day on the road we couldn’t have asked for more. A very clean, comfortable and inviting property beautifully presented. It’s in a great location, is well equipped ( a coffee machine and extra towels!) and very tastefully decorated. There is also a lovely private courtyard and our dog was welcome. Thanks Peter, we hope we’ll be back.
