Ground Floor Condo with front entrance facing the garden path (stairs required to access). Access to the ski hill is just up the street beside blackcomb suites, you will see a trail that takes you right onto the mountain and down to the lifts at Blackcomb When there is snow on the roadsides, you can ski right to the condo entrance.
NEARBY CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - there is a crane and construction through the trees behind the condo. They are building a house during business hours monday to friday and occasional Saturdays throughout the ski season 2025. Note the potential for some noise during business hours 7am onwards.
Just across from the trail access onto Blackcomb Hill for a mountainside walk or ride to Blackcomb Base for shops and restaurants. Or you can head down the neighbourhood sidewalk towards the Village Connector Trails, Lost Lake Park and other nature areas.
Free shuttle bus service will also take you through the neighbourhood and to the main village on the #5 route.

The hot tub faces the trees and the bbq area is covered for year round use, please note there are a few other decks beside and above our unit so other guests may be adjacent to you when you are using the outdoor space.
We have taken care to design this space with comfort, warmth and relaxation in mind, while stocking up all the amenities you may need for cooking & basic laundry use during your stay.
Ideally situated in Upper Village just beside Blackcomb Hill for your Mountain Bike Season and Ski Season access just up the street to the Hillside Trail Access.
Walk out the front door, head to the main road and about 50 yards and you'll be skiing right onto the side of Blackcomb's Wizard Chair through the trail just on the right hand side of the hotel.
The Homerun trail brings you right back to our complex Apres Ski so you can relax and warm up.

We are family friendly condo but also have a spacious layout set up for couples and friend's getaways. Parties are not allowed on site but you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway in our condo to hang out with your friends and family
All Guests Must be over the age of 25 except families & kids staying together.
ID and SECURITY DEPOSIT
Check-in service for our rental is provided by Whistler Reception Services in the village. You will be checking in with them at their office and providing your ID verification and a credit card deposit pre-auth upon arrival before heading to our condo.
NO SMOKING
Our Condo, deck and the entire complex is strictly NO SMOKING. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside and outside throughout the condo complex and a minimum fine of $250 will be applied to guest's security deposit for any smoking.
STAIRS REQUIRED - the parkade is located in the building above ours, you will be required to walk down the outside stairs to access our unit and down a couple more steps to our door
PARKING
One Assigned parking stall is available to our guests in the parkade. There are a couple visitor parking stalls available first come first serve but not guaranteed at any time.
NO PETS OR ESA
There is a filter available on your VRBO search to help you find all of the MANY pet welcoming accommodations throughout Whistler, most hotels also accept pets,
we do not accept animals of any kind.
Our Condo is NOT PET FRIENDLY, no exceptions.
Please do not bring Support Animals or pets of any kind. Guests found to have brought animals into our property will be charged the full $1000 damage deposit fee to their credit card to cover carpet cleaning and remediation of pet hair, smells, damage and additional cleaning requirements.
Quiet Hours in the complex are 10pm to 8am.
