Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Great view but overall could be better
This unit was great in some ways but could be better. The view is beautiful in one direction but is obstructed to the south which is not shown in the pictures. There was good communication throughout. Checking in and out was easy. The location is good in NV and the beach was great. There were several nice size pools. The condo's main living area was aesthetically pleasing. The toilets flushed well and the showers had hot water but not enough. There is no TV in main area. Was easy to get taxi from lobby
The bad
The 4th bedroom is very small and right next to the kitchen/washer and dryer. The room has one very short twin. The AC unit dripped water onto the wooden storage bench below. Hard to keep door open when sleeping as it can be noisy with people in kitchen. The shower had 2 coolers stored in it. Definitely was not what we expected for a 4th bedroom. In the kitchen, the dishwasher door had to be SLAMMED shut in order for it to work. The cutting knives were so dull, they were like butter knives. The other kitchen items were not in great shape. Upon arrival, there was 1/2 a roll of paper towel and approx 1/8 of a small bottle of dishsoap. The fridge was not as clean as is should be. The blow dryers are super cheap..will suck your hair into the back. Only primary bedroom has view of ocean. New Year's Eve has VERY LOUD dance music until 1am. Overall, for price of unit, we expected a few essentials included (eg. dish soap) and upgraded kitchen uten/4th bedroom
