Community pool is open as April 17th, 2024! This expansive 4000 sq ft cabin boasts a huge chef's kitchen, perfect for culinary adventures. Gather around the spacious dining table that comfortably seats 12 guests. The high ceilings and breathtaking mountain views create a serene ambiance throughout. Relax on the covered patio, complete with a hot tub and wood-burning fire pit for year-round enjoyment. Indulge in movie nights in the large movie room, featuring a massive screen.

Parties*
.Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. If there is a party in this cabin (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our cabins so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. If you violate this policy, you will be escorted off premises and no refund will be issued.

!!Absolutely no fireworks!!

Hot tub*
The water in the hot tub may not be hot when you arrive, we change the water before each arrival and it takes some time to heat up. Usually 2-4 degrees per hour. Please keep the lid closed at all times when you don't use it.

Noise*
No music outside after 10 pm. If you are hanging out outside after 10 pm please keep it quiet.

Fireplace*
Fireplace Operating season Oct 15 - March 31.

Security camera*
One active security camera mounted close to the front door overlooking the parking area.
Second security camera by the garage overlooking additional parking.

Parking*
Absolutely no parking on the street or grass. You can park up to 6 cars. There are two driveways available.

A very nice vacation
Our family really enjoyed our stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. House was clean for the most part. My wife had to wipe the shelves in the pantry. The house is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The stove had one burner that was stuck on high which we figured out pretty quick. Overall, a nice stay and would recommend.

Multi Family Vacation August 2024
The cabin was very beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset views. Our group age range was 4yrs old to 55, plenty to do for the entire family no matter what age the location was a little further than we would have hoped to get too places. The only mishap really was not all Jets worked for the hot tub and we had to re-spin our clothes in the washer as there was issues with the spin cycle but no damper on overall stay Overall the place is beautiful I would definitely recommend for a family with children or even multi generational. The bears are definitely around they came through a few times in the back of the cabin. We had a wonderful week. Thank you so much😊

Everything was as expected. We had four grandchildren that was perfect for the four single beds in the loft. Only negative was the air hockey table did not work. Very easy access to everything in the Smoky Mts, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We would stay here again.

Great house for whole extended family
This house was perfect for our multi-generation get away. My adult kids, my mom, my sister-in-law all had a terrific time. Close to the park for hiking trips and lots to do for those who stayed home. Wish we had stayed longer!

We loved having an air hockey tournament and watching movies in the huge theater room. This was a great place with lots of room to spread out, a huge kitchen, and fun activities. We only left the cabin once!

Girls Book Club Weekend
We had a great weekend and found the house to be bigger than expected. Wonderful fully equipped kitchen! Never found pot holders though, but that did not stop us from using the ovens. House is not far from Pigeon Forge for restaurants, shopping and groceries. We did a fantastic escape room in Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed our time at the house and would definitely recommend and like to book again!

As a family of ten we really enjoyed the space we had in this house. There was a little something to do on each floor. The view from both levels had a gorgeous Mountain View. We did have to buy plastic spoons, there was not enough of those for all 10 of us. One of the beds downstairs did not have enough slats underneath the mattress which caused the mattress to slope down at the head. But we just added more pillows to makeup for that. There was also a sock left on the floor in one of the downstairs bedroom floors. The house was Clean other than that. We would stay again and throughly enjoyed the stay and the location.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days. Although we really enjoyed our stay, there was some issues with the place. The garbage outside was full, so we had no place to set our trash. Many of the remotes in the theater room were broken. The house was not super clean. There were no test strips or chemicals for the hot tub, so we have no way of telling if it was okay to soak in. There were a couple other small things wrong, but over all, we enjoyed our stay.

Met Our Family’s Needs
We were a 3 generation family group of 9 people, ranging from 6 to 72, and this property met our needs well. The cabin has plenty of room for sleeping with 4 king BR’s, and our grandgirls enjoyed the 4 twin beds in the loft. There are lots of fun things to do, ranging from the 4 game tables to the theater room to the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy, with seating at the table for 10. We enjoyed the location, away from the hustle and bustle but just 20 to 30 minutes from all the sites. Our only suggestion is that the property could use some updating as far as new kitchen chairs, a coat of paint on the front entry, a new mattress or two, and switching out the Christmas decorations (in July!) on the mantle and front door. All in all, we enjoyed our visit!

Property needs serious update. Issues with lights that didn't work or out. garbage disposal did not work, toilet issues, pans and pans need to be replaced, pantry looked like a storage area for a future garage sale. Knobs on master bathtub not fastened. Kitchen table chairs are in bad shape. Still has Christmas wreath on the front door and decorations on mantel. Movie theater is a great area ,looks like it was recently added.
