This spectacular house is only 1.8kms from town and 5kms from safe swimming beaches and boat ramps.

From the magnificent living room, large sliding doors open onto the undercover deck giving you that indoor/outdoor feeling and of course offers you those sweeping views of Coromandel. A perfect spot for those sunset dinners and maybe that wine or two.

The well equipped kitchen with roomy breakfast bar has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with water and ice, filtered tap water and gas hob.
Expressotoria Coffee Pod machine (Vittoria capsules - see photo) - These capsules are not available in Coromandel Township so if you wish please purchase prior to your stay. There will be some complimentary on your arrival.
Bi-fold windows open up directly from kitchen to the BBQ area on the back patio.

You will be treated with that impressive outlook from the Master Bedroom which has a three seater lounge and stacker doors opening onto the deck.
The Super King room, with your choice of a super king or two single beds, has its own private patio and outdoor setting for that quiet relaxation under the sun.
The Queen Patio Room has double doors that lead out to the back patio area while our Queen Balcony Room, complete with bath in the ensuite, steps you onto that superb front deck.

Unlimited internet and chrome-cast will enable you to use your own Netflix and Spotify accounts. You may also pair your device to the blue tooth speaker system.

The sizeable double garage is available for your use if you so wish, as with the washing machine and dryer located within. There is also extra parking outside of the garage. Please note the driveway is relatively steep.
