THE SPACE
Relax and retreat on the comfy sofa, flick on the fireplace to warm up, or watch something on Xfinity TV, or your favorite smart TV app. This condo is divided into a side A and B, each side with its own private entrance and connecting door in between the master bedroom and living room. On side A you will find the guest bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and the living room. Through the living room door, you’ll enter side B, with the master bedroom, a small kitchenette, convenient washer and dryer, and a private master bathroom.
THE KITCHEN
Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, coffee machine, toaster, and a blender.
THE LIVING ROOM
The living room has a small dining table for 2, barstool seating for 3, a smart TV, fireplace, and sofa bed.
MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a small dresser with a TV, cable, and Roku, a small coat closet, and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave.
GUEST BATHROOM
The guest bathroom, found right before the kitchen, has a bathtub with shower.
PARKING
Free Parking! Guests will have access to the secure underground garage with elevator access. Additional free parking is available outdoors with a pass issued by the Silverado Lodge.
SILVERADO LODGE
The Silverado Lodge is a well maintained hotel with many of the rooms being privately owned and managed. It is located within walking distance to the slopes/hikes/rides at the Canyons, 10 minutes to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 10 minutes to the Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Silverado Lodge has a 24 hour fitness center, pool, and a large hot tub.
The Lodge is just over a mile from the I-80 freeway, so it’s convenient to get to the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. It is also just over a mile away from the shops and amenities in Kimball Junction—oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles from the Park City Outlets with Whole Foods,Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s,and a lot more?

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
