Our 4 Bedrooms 2.5 Bathroom private home has an open floor plan with large kitchen, living and dining area. Natural light fills the home with large wrap around windows and beautiful high ceilings. Furnishings include large teal leather sofa enough room for the whole entire family to enjoy movie night on the large flat screen tv, wireless internet.

First floor features beautiful wood flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make that special dinner. Large balconies provide spacious areas with relaxing seating for your enjoyment. King Guest bedroom, half bath.

Second floor offers a King Master Suite with adjoining bathroom with large tile walk in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, Queen Guest bedroom,
Hall bathroom with single vanity granite counter tops, tub/shower combo.

Sleeps 6 Adults, 4 Children
Ideal for families which features kid-friendly amenities, including a adorable bunk room with two sets of bunks, flat screen tv perfect for sleep over fun. Traveling with an infant, no worries. Home comes with pack-n-play.

Take a relaxing walk or ride your bikes on the beach path to explore the beach.

Spring break getaway

We loved the location of the property. The pool and hot tub were very close to the home. It was a very short walk to the end of the street to go the beach at the sound. We enjoyed renting golf carts part of the week to ride down to restaurants or take to the beach across the street for easier parking. There were plenty of beach and bath towels to use. The girls loved the variety of beach hats. The wagon was a nice addition to haul stuff to the beach when we walked there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes to cook. There was a charcoal grill. The game closet was fully stocked. Maintenance responded in a very timely manner when we needed them.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this rental went beyond our expectations. The rental process was smooth with great communication. Nice Home By the Sea

Great for families

Great getaway for our family, kids ages 7-14. We traveled from the Midwest for some spring break fun and warmer weather. We loved the close proximity to two beach areas as well as the community pool. There were plenty of fun outdoor activities, bikes, and board games to appeal to all ages. The home was well stocked to prepare meals but also a short drive to local restaurants.

Spacious and clean House

We had a great time. The house was clean and very accommodating for our kids. There were several toys, bikes, etc. in the downstairs area that we enjoyed. We would definitely come back!

Fabulous family vacation home

Latitude Adjustment is a great beach vacation rental. It is nicely stocked with kitchenware, linens/towels (including an abundance of beach towels), games to play and water toys for all ages. Furniture/bedding is top notch. Had a small grill issue and it was handled immediately- property management team is responsive and friendly. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, well appointed, plenty of toys for adults and children. Reasonably good views. Overall good supplies, could use a couple of casserole dishes...some of us cook more than others. Pool was nice and easily accessible. Not as easy to get to the bay as listed, a fairly long walk to actual edge of Bay, requires carrying most items, but nice once we got settled. Not much of an area to park.Some cleaning (kitchen area) had been skipped or missed and property mgr notified and immediately rectified situation, also fridge ice maker quit and began to leak and again a rapid response and necessary repairs even over 4th of July Holiday. Grill was left in foul shape by last visitors, grease trap missing, etc. Mgmt ddressing, grill itself worked well. Also rented golf carts, good working order, etc. Anything that wasn't right all we had to do was pick up a phone or text mgr and it was made right. Beautiful area and a great time was had by all (4 adults and 3 grand children 2 Y/O to 12 Y/O.) Manger and others are very pleasant and helpful.

Great location / super clean / highly recommend

We stayed Monday through Friday. The patios were great during the rainy parts of the day. There were lots of extras in the storage room for beach time. Located close enough to go to surrounding towns/beaches. The beach next to the property was quiet and beautiful. Pool was super clean.

Above and Beyond Expectations!

This house was amazing for our party of 10. We had 2 families totaling 5 adults and 5 children (ages 6-10). The location was great, have a gated community with a pool/hot tub brings great piece of mind to parents. The garage full of bikes and beach stuff was such a nice add. We LOVED being able to ride bikes to the Gulf. The house is gorgeous and was very clean. We loved being able to cook at the house and walk to the sound. Navarre Beach is a very pretty location and we were able to easily leave and go other places. The only recommendation I would suggest is to add a can opener (couldn't find one in the kitchen) and add more hangers to the very large closets. The kids loved the bunk room, since we had 5 kids we had one sleep on the couch in the master bedroom. The master closet is so large that it could have been used as a small bedroom for a child. We were truly impressed with the amenities the house provided that we were not expecting (hand soap, paper towel, tp starters, hand towels, beach towels, etc.). This is an amazing rental and we are looking to book again!

This house was absolutely perfect for a family group with young children. Walking distance to sound and gulf, bikes, beach toys and equipment, lots of board games. Clean spacious and well equipped. Quiet location. Perfect.

Wonderful family getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents to get away and enjoy the beach. Our kids (10,6,2) loved being able to walk so easily to the sound side beach. The house had everything we needed including a wagon, beach toys, chairs and floats. The golf cart made going to the gulf side a breeze. We had less than ideal weather some days and the large collection of board games was a great distraction to keep the kids entertained. We also loved using the pool and hot tub. Next time we will bring s’mores for the fire pit. The property itself was gorgeous and even better in person than in photos. We will definitely be back again!
